I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 in for a non operating screen. The price was $225. I dropped the phone off on a Sunday and was told the part would be ordered and will arrive on Tuesday. The phone would be ready by Wednesday. Originally I was told you would have to come in and wait for the repair which would take an hour. I was like can't you repair it and call me. Yes we can. Wednesday came and by late afternoon no phone call. So I called and the employee stated the part had not come in. Thursday, I called 2 separate times and no one picked up the phone. So Friday I came in the morning and asked what was going on with my phone. The employee stated the part was in, which came in Thursday, and another employee had the phone and would have it ready by 6p. I came back at 6p and the same employee stated they put a new screen on but it did not work. So another employee was currently installing another screen and should be bringing it to their kiosk within several minutes. After 15 minutes this same employee leaves and puts up a sign I will be back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later, the employee I dealt with on Sunday, Jose, arrives. Again I ask what is going on with my phone. After several back and forth Q&A, he finally stated that he came over from their College Park location because the other employee had an emergency and left. He also confirmed that the employee lied and no one ever worked on the phone. The part did come in on Thursday, not Tuesday, and the other employee was supposed to have installed it today and didn't. So I waited another hour while Jose installed the screen. The screen is a refurbish screen but allegedly meets the OEM standards. Jose discounted the sale and repeatedly apologized. After one week; the screen, speaker, and hearing device, are all working with no issues. The work is guaranteed for 30 days. No complaints with that. Read moreSo I went to them to replace the rear camera lense on my Galaxy S9. I pay half the deposit on a Thursday they tell me to come back in 1 to 2 business days so they can order the part and fix the phone. I wait for their call... On the 3rd business, which is the following Tuesday, day I call them. They say there was a delay in shipment and it should be there the next day and they'll call when the part comes in. I wait 2 more days and call again on Thursday, a full week after I initially came in and paid a deposit.... they say they are getting the part that day should be able to get my phone fixed on Fri. So Fri comes and I call them again to make sure the part came in. It did, I get my phone fixed. Never once did they call me with an update. So, this place is fine if you want a cell phone repair done but do not expect any kind of decent customer service. And expect to pay full price even though your repair may take 3 times as long as they say it will. And if you deal with them, expect to have to chase them down and blow their phone up to find out any kind of information. Also, expect to be asked to write a Google review about your terrible customer service experience by the person working there. Had he not asked, I would have kept my thoughts off the internet as I never write reviews and would have just went to a different place to fix my phone next time.
And my rear camera is still messed up! All the pictures come out blurry and the camera has a hard time focusing. Don't bother coming...
Read moreDo NOT use this service for phone repair. I brought my phone in with a cracked screen. They ordered a new screen which was put on a week later. After the new screen was installed, my screen would be nonresponsive randomly throughout the day for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It happened each day after phone repair. In addition, the screen would no longer read Mt fingerprint. I re-added it to the phone. It worked for a few minutes, then ✋️ working again. I brought the phone back in to get the screen replaced again with the correct phone. This time, when I came back, the manager opens the store an hour late. I informed him I needed to come back another day as I couldn't continue to wait. As I was driving my children to an event, the manager called me to ask me to come back. I informed him I could not due to my schedule and he became aggressive and belligerent to the point that my children were afraid for me. I discontinued my call with him and requested the technician call me to schedule me coming back. After talking to the technician, I scheduled my return. The 2nd time they repaired the screen, 2 days later the phone started glitch then went black. I returned to the store and they would not issue a refund.
