When here to pickup food for my wife. No visible menu posted anywhere with the prices of any entrée. I ordered the food for my wife and the lady that took the order initially seemed confused. I repeated what I wanted and then she pulled out a paper and proceeded to make the order. At the end of the line I asked for the sauce on the side instead of on the meal. The lady told the cashier what I ordered 3 times but he was talking to another coworker. Once he finished he told me the price and I swiped my card. I asked for an extra sauce and he said oh its 50 cent extra. I asked if I really need to swipe the card for 50 cent and he said yes. I walked back to my car to see if I could find some change. I found 50 cent so I went back and told him I'll tale the extra sauce. He looked surprised that I came back with the change, then he says I'll give you an extra sauce which would be 2 instead of the 1 extra I originally asked for. Could've just gave me one extra to start with but ok. The next day my wife and I were talking about something and the price of the food came up and she asked me how much I paid? I said almost $16 dollars. She had a surprised look in her face and said why was it extra? Turns out I was overcharged by almost $5..I tried to call the restaurant but nobody answered. I won't...

JAN 2022: THE FIRST TIME I HAD POOR SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION I IGNORED IT. TODAY THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. I PLACED AN ONLINE ORDER AND SHOWED UP AT THE RESTAURANT AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD THE ORDER WOULD BE READY. THE ORDER WAS NOT READY AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT. WHILE I WAS WAITING I WATCHED ALL THREE PEOPLE WORKING THERE CONTINUE TO SERVICE PEOPLE THAT KEPT WALKING IN AFTER ME.

After waiting for 10 minutes I finally got in line myself and told the person that was going to wait on me that I wanted my order that I had placed online prepared for me and he told me I would have to wait and then proceeded to ignore me and go to someone standing behind me. I asked the other two people working there to help me they also ignored me. I'm not sure what the issue is at this store but when the customer is standing there in your face asking for their order and it's been 10 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready I believe the order should be prepared by the person that's there in the line. Completely unacceptable service from the staff there today.

“Do not Recommend Coming here” especially for black history month, I was not treated like the other customers, This a very unprofessional place, it’s sad I have to write a Horrible review, when it was my second going here, my. First time here the food was good, the portions and customer service was good, my second time here the “ The Manager” made this a horrible experience for me, when all I wanted to do was eat and pay for reasonable size portion when she initially messed up my order by rushing and then try to scoop out the meat from my bowl and then left less meat that I was going to pay for extra because she messed up, so it was a most understanding but she didn’t want to fix that she just wanted to be right and kicked me out ounce she messed on another order I asked for and skimped me on the food, the manager was very rude, kicks people out if you go against what she feels is right, I was asking another employ about portion sizes and she told me I couldn’t ask questions or she’s doesn’t have the number for the person who owns this establishment but she works for...
