Five Guys — Restaurant in Bowie

Trashy... went in for a bite tonight. Walking to the restaurant their outside dining area trashcans overflowing. Food wrapers spilling out onto the ground. Inside the restaurant we did get our food in a timely manner (the two stars they did earn). The inside of the restaurant floor was dirty. Every single trash can was stuffed to the point of overflowing. How are patrons supposed to complete their dining experience?? Shove hands in nasty overflow trash ? The policy i believe in: if you cant do the simple things in plain sight... what actually important things are not being done behind the scenes? If you dont have staff willing to keep dining area trash from overflowing... what are they really doing with Food handling!?!?

I did see one girl come from the back. Wipe two tables. Pick up a food wrapper and walk it to the trash. She threw it at the can. It bounces off cause its overstuffed full then ends up in the ground. Completely ignoring and not giving a ** she walks back out of view literally still carrying an empty giant trash bag. Later the same girl walks outside with the same EMPTY trash bag... she picks up three napkins off the ground outside near the tables puts them into the already full trash can outdoors then WALKS AWAY with her STILL EMPTY trash bag.

Mind BLOWN PEOPLE!!!!

We were there sat evening oct 15 around 5pm. MY ORDER NUMBER WAS 15 i believe. The young man who took our order did a nice job...

I am originally from North Carolina where I visit Five Guys at least 5 times a month. I am visiting Maryland with family and decided to go to Five Guys in Bowie Town Center. I ordered six assorted burgers, fries and drinks totally $55.10. The cashier was rude and disrespectful to me (i.e. after waiting patiently to get to the cashier; she stopped to answer the phone without acknowledging my presence; after about three minutes she told us to go to another line. We had to break the adjacent line to place our order.

The next cashier erroneously documented our order; resulting to an incorrect order. I spoke to the manager who appeared disconnected to the point of being rude and disrespectful. She ignored every attempt to resolve the issue with our order. The service provided by this franchise was below sub par in comparison to the expectations of the Five Guys establishment. I am of the opinion that this franchise is not worthy to bear the Five Guys...

Appalled the assistant manager proceeded into the ladies room after hearing a females voice respond very loudly to a knock and males voice. The distance from the door to the sink isn't a huge distance for him to not hear. There we were standing face to face. I hadn't taken a step because that is how close I was to the door which is located right at the sink. Trying to collect names and requesting an ink pen turned into a difficult task for the young lady. It was a hello is anyone home speaking to this assistant manager and the young lady.

I did not get a chance to order anything. Glad I didn't because it would have been a challenge to place an order with someone who can't comprehend nor speak when she is directly addressed but can speak for someone else. Where do they get...
