Sunday April 9,2023 This is by far the worst place I’ve ever sat down to eat at. We shoulda just went to when and and hit the liquor store .. I honestly do not know where to start honestly .. I came in and chose to sit at the bar and found out it was happy hour which I assumed I would enjoy. Waiting on staff a gentleman dressed as if he was on the street literally or headed out to do a crime.. we couldn’t believe he was the bartender or even allowed behind the bar.. yet he presented himself as the bartender for the evening dressed in blue baggy jeans a black hoodie 🧐.. a black bubble jacket.. and some dark shades .. inside the building lls behind the bar people .. if that wasn’t a turn off, he spoke with vernaculars , no eye contact, never addressed me or the young lady with any real concern about anything . He def needs to be retrained or let go Simple.. he needed help putting paper in the printer for receipts .. cmon man

Drinks : I didn’t see anything interesting so I chose to go with the Sunday happy hour $4 shots and she had a strawberry margarita .. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤣 Her drink came back dark red and overly sweet she added water to it before we needed to speak to the manager .. as both of us are bartenders we laughed asking “what are you all using for the strawberry mix” looordt you can’t make this up.. he pulled out the mix and they are using STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI as strawberry purée which changed the drink completely lol That drink was sent back and she settled for a ginger ale lol Food : The seafood definitely over priced but that’s normal I guess and the ONLY thing they have in the menu other than seafood is fried chicken wings .. The wings : They not only were heavenly battered but also salty asffff.. I ordered the Cajun wings with ranch ..before they came out they brought the dipping sauces out 😒 … The wings were super crunch assuming heavenly battered, deep fried and covered ALLOOOTTT of Cajun spice on it you can literally see the spots the missed with seasoning because of how much they used ..

the female I was with ordered lemon pepper wings and ranch dipping sauce which also have already came to our seats .. again it was heavenly battered deep fried and heavenly seasoned to the point I had to show the “Manager”.. after sever bites .. of me trying to find a delightful bite with the sauces cse it needed something to over power the Cajun… I noticed .. we were given TARTAR SAUCE INSTEAD OF RANCH…. Now u know damn well we had to leave .. Bill was $35 and honestly not even worth that.. the chicken was thrown in the trash right after leaving ..

you guys really need to do better .. I almost applied as a manager or at least bartender .. just to bring that place some better vibes behind the bar nobody seemed to be enjoying themselves this past Sunday … during happy hour .....

My husband and I visited for the first time on a Friday evening. We were seated immediately as it was still a little too early for a Friday night crowd. So far so good. We were greeted by our server and she took our drink order. Nothing from the bar. She brought our drinks, and took our food order. We both got boils that included crab legs. She brought bibs and gloves and napkins. Nothing to crack or pick the crab legs with. Then we couldn't find her.. The tables are covered with a thick brown paper that has tic tac toe and other games printed on it to keep kids busy. Great idea! We were halfway through our meal before our server appeared again and we asked for crab crackers and pickers. Warning, the napkins provided were not up to the task. They were single use at best. I would expect a roll of paper towels or the brown paper type found in most crab houses that are hearty and can tolerate the juices of the boil. I went through a pile of these flimsy one use napkins meant for use in those dispensers found at most burger places. Not impressed by this choice. The food was delicious and plentiful. After eating I used the ladies room and was disappointed with the cleanliness. It looked like what a bathroom would look like in a club at the end of the night.. Not what it should look like at the beginning of the shift. During our meal, some tables and chairs were being moved around by the staff on the other side of the partition of our booth and they were being slammed into the partition while they were doing this and it was very disruptive. Lastly, the music was so loud, it was hard to have a conversation with my husband during the meal. All of these things combined created an unpleasant experience. I'm hoping these are growing pains and we will probably order to go because the food was good. Parking is spotty because they are in the Bowie Town Center by the roundabout. We found a spot nearby, but can see a problem parking nearby if you are handicapped. Most parking requires a fair...

I only left one star because the food was not bad. The customer service is horrendous. Our server Alexis was initially friendly. We arrived at 6:30 and after being seated she took our order (party of 13) she comes back 20 minutes later stated she needed to take our order again because the tablet was not working. She wrote each order down with pencil and paper. She returns 15 minutes later stating, she could not understand her handwriting and needed to take our orders again. This happened four times. At this point we are hangry! The young staff are stumbling around, bumping into tables laughing and not at all providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere. We asked for the manager who had an attitude because we were unhappy. ( I am sure this review will be deleted as they deleted the IG review) We finally got some of our food and several of our party never received food and did not eat because at this point it is 9PM. Please note this was Saturday and I was informed it is a different crowd on Sunday. I have to question that because I recently called for corporates number and the young lady who answered the phone said, awww this woman on the phone want corporates number, you are in trouble. There was so much more that happened such as the manager came and snatched one of our family members food thinking she was complaining about receiving the food late and she was the wrong person. Please don't bring "Waffle House" behavior to Bowie. Please get professional staff and teach customer service skills. You don't have to worry about my family we will not return to your establishment.
