So I am a noodles and company fan, I rarely have any issues when I come. Twice now I have been extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. The first time I order penna rose and my noodles were so burnt they were unedible i called spoke with Jodi who apologized and advised that I can bring it back for them to remake, obviously at this point I am concerned because her staff of the day would serve burnt noodles. Unfortunately, I deleted the photos after getting tired of seeing them. Tonight I order food, I am extremely tired pregnant and just ready to grab some food. I give them another try. This time I am missing my protein..How do you provide a meal with no protein and I paid extra it was advised again to let them try again. At this point I am tired and irritated I dont have the luxury of once again driving up there for them to fix there mistakes, I was advised to keep my food and they will send me a coupon for a free meal, so allow a third time for them to disappoint me, my to mention hey sorry you paid extrafor food and won't get the food you ordered. Jodi advised again this is the best that she can do. Read moreThis review is for the location in Bowie, MD. Since I was in the area and there isn't one located where I live, I stopped in. First, what I ordered inside came up as "unavailable" at this location within the app. Second, what I ordered, was "EXTRA" Parmesan Crusted Chicken. As you can see from the photo...that is not extra. I did check my receipt and it looks as if the cashier did not charge me for it after she confirmed it TWICE! Third, the photo of that vegetable on the plastic top, appears to be Zucchini...I guess??? Whatever it is...I DON'T EAT IT! I asked what was in this dish because Stroganoff is no longer on the menu. Outside of having the mushrooms substituted with Broccoli, tge cashier said spinach was the only other vegetable included. Last but certainly not least is the sauce...or lack there of!! Where is it?! Why is the extra so minimal if they already know they barely add any in the first place?!

Read moreSunday late afternoon on March 14, 2021 was my first carry out dining experience since Covid forced restaurants to shut down last year. I ordered a single order of Japanese Pan Noodles and was asked by Evans to sit and wait for my name to be called. I paid and tipped with a credit card. As I patiently waited more diners entered and placed their carry out orders. When the names of the customers who entered after me were called I approached the counter to see if my bag had been placed on the counter. Evans was taking another person’s order and when he saw me looking at the names on the bags he rudely informed me that none of the orders on the counter were mine. He then apologized to the person whose order he was taking. I did not receive an apology or explanation for his harshness that occurred in the presence of another customer. When my order was finally ready he tried to do damage control by addressing me in a pseudo-polite way but the damage had already been done. Evans has no business working...
