Where do I start. Pros: black light golf was okay. Hmm, can't think of anything else Cons: Employees were young, did not seem to want to deal with anyone, rolled their eyes alot when I asked about the different attractions, seemed very annoyed. When I asked if they had packages she was rude, laughed and said No. There were 5 employees just hanging out talking just ignoring customers. We finally purchased lazer tag, bumper cars, and loaded money on a game card. We waited by the lazer tag area for quite some time before I had to go back to the rude employees and ask if someone was managing that attractions. Apparently they didn't know because they all started asking each other who was going to do it. The lazer tag area is small, but it was designed decently for the size it was. Next the bumper cars, how do I describe it. Put it this way, my master bedroom is bigger then the space they have UPSTAIRS for the bumper cars. I was AMAZED at how small it was. And to make it worse, one of the bumper cars was our of order just taking up space in that small area. Wow, just wow. The guy who managed that area looked like he didn't want to be there. Really to sum it up, my kids were pretty board, pretty quick and ready to leave within 20 minutes. In my opinion, from our experience here. We will not be returning here. Just not worth the cost, aggravation, or time. Pizza buffet:: No, just no. Most of the pizza was burnt, the female employee cashier was nice enough to inform me she was having a bad day as I was trying to be nice. About 45 minutes after eating there my stomach was NOT happy and one of my kiddos had a tummy ache. Will not be returning to this place either. Wish I would have saved my money on both places and went somewhere else... just not a good...
Read moreThe place is infested with mice. Not only did we see one in front of laser frenzy. And when you walk towards the go carts you could smell this awful smell it was them exterminating them while they were open and had constumers there! When we said something to an employee they proceeded to tell us about how they have killed over 100 mice and that the mice were all over the merchandise that they exchange for tickets and told us the mice were so bad they were eating each other. Mind you some of the merchandise they sell is candy so yes mice have been all over it. The employee in the kitchen also confirmed they have found 3 mice in their kitchen. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention their staff is rude. There is an old man I think his name was Marcus or mark? And he told me a paying costumer that I couldn’t linger around the counter but really I was talking to another employee about exchanging my tickets. Then I’m found out how many tickets I had and asked the lady if I could see one of the slinkies she hands it to me and the man proceeded to tell me I had to give it back to her because I couldn’t just play with everything on display so at this point I’m getting irritated because apparently I can’t do anything the lady who was helping me rolled her eyes at him and said I’m sorry he likes to make up his own rules in his head. He obviously wasn’t understanding the fact that I’m a paying constumer and had my tickets and game card to prove it. Honestly this place is not worth the time or the money especially when this man is working he treats you like a low...
Read moreThe place is fun. However, it is overpriced. You have to pay for everything that you do there...whether it’s arcade, go carts, laser tag, etc.
The pizza buffet was fairly decent. We did not care for the pasta, not a very good selection on that part. The pizza and the salad bar looked fairly fresh and it was worth the price.
As far as the employees at Grand Country Fun Spot, they are not friendly and they are very rude. I will give a shout out to the elderly man who worked the register on Friday, April 19, 2019. He worked the night shift and he was the best and the most joyful employee who worked that night.
The employee who was working at the buffet did not say a word nor did he acknowledge us except when he was cashing us out for our meal. And the guy who was working in the prize redemption station/area, he would acknowledge us; however, he was NOT focused on us, especially our kids. The gal he was talking to, who seemed more important than us, didn’t know what I was talking about when I asked for a balance on the play card....neither did the guy who was running the prize station.
Another downer is the fact that the prizes can’t be bought with cash nor credit/debit. Tickets only. The prize options aren’t that great.
Be prepared for rude employees and spending tons of money.
Those reviews you’ve read about rude employees....it’s very true. Just young kids...collecting a paycheck. Not a care in the world about their customers.
Overall, our kids...
