Trump store — Local services in Branson

I have been to this store on every visit to Branson & sometimes twice in one visit to the area in the last 3 years. My family & I are huge supporters. In fact, this same store opened a Jesus store just down the road. My sister & I traveled to the store to make purchases. I love both stores. I am a huge Google reviewer & unfortunately I purchased several shirts this trip, just 1 week ago.. The one I purchased for my brother was an XL. I needed a 2XL. I've called 10 times, sent 3 emails & even messaged on FB. NOT ONE time has anyone returned any of my messages. Today I'm at my brother's, he said to me I'll call - what's the number. He dials, rings 1 time & a nice young lady answered the phone. I explained to her what's been happening. She said the owner stepped out but will call me as soon as he returns. It's been 7.5 hours & I've received no phone calls. On the website it says they're happy to do any exchanges within 30 days. I personally do not think any of what they've said on their website is true. I can't even get them to answer my call - Always goes straight to voice mail - or call me back. All I want is to purchase a 2XL shirt. If you don't want my money right now - I definitely will not come down on my next trip & spend any money at this store. Very sad way to run a business.

In fact if Trump, from The Apprentice knew this, he would say. "YOU'RE FIRED!" I gave 2 stars only because I'm a Christian woman. They deserve 0 or 1. Maybe I will email Mr Donald Trump after I leave this review. That's what a good Google...

Flags ....online $13.99 In store....$20. Why? I was told that would you order online you pay $7 shipping so that's why they're $20 in the store. I tried to explain to the little girl who was quite unprofessional, that I should not be charged any shipping since I actually drove to the store in person. I tried to explain to her debt if I ordered five flags online would I still be paid $7 per flag for shipping....... At that point another lady stepped in and said know you would pay for the total weight of that shipment. Yes that's the way it should be done. So even though you go into the store you will still have that shipping cost added to the total price. Does it make any sense to me so I got my one flag and did not purchase...

We were in Branson for the week, and on our very first full day we stopped in before we did anything else. What a cool place to spend part of your day. This place has everything a Trump fan needs. We bought a ton of stuff, and we even stopped back one more time to buy more stuff on our way out of Branson. The owner is really cool, and we spent some time chatting about music. He's a Molly Hatchet fan, so you know he's a good guy. He's really into the good stuff when it comes to music. We'll be back for the post election celebration...
