We stopped by The Brea Mall to pick up an online order from Macy’s Jewelry. The product was there a ring, but there was a long long wait at the jewelry department. employees' Customer service is really bad and what I mean is they should have more people working in the jewelry department. There were only two employees and probably 10 people waiting so we decided to go to the other department to pick up another package, and the employee there offered to go and pick up our jewelry at the jewelry department. That was a big relief. The employee came back with our merchandise. It didn’t take very long and we were on our way. We visited a couple of stores in the mall itself, we stopped by The Michoacana which was the first time I had been there, this establishment is put together really nicely. I met a couple of fellas there who were down on their luck and bought them a meal to eat. We also visited J.C. Penny I remember this establishment growing up I used to buy almost all my clothing there through high school and elementary. It sure has changed a lot since then, we didn’t visit the food court this time around at the mall itself, but we’ve been there a few times and it is pretty good with different establishments to satisfy your liking it seems to have everything there, pizzas, hamburger, desserts, sandwiches, fries just about everything. I’ve been to this mall several times and a lot has changed since my first visit back in the late 70s, of course, a lot of stores come and gone but it still going strong not like the Puente Hills Mall where it seems it’s a deserted building. Every time we’ve come here the employees at the mall itself are friendly and courteous and very helpful. We’ll be coming back shopping soon. there is plenty of parking. The handicapped stalls are at the front entrance.

Spacious interior of wide pathways and vaulted ceilings with skylight windows. It’s one of the largest suburban malls I’ve seen! If there’s ever a need for a cool place to go to spend some time on a hot day, then this place can be one of them! Here’s a shopping spot with a variety of just about everything, from quality anchor stores, to specialty shops, vendors and food stops! Popular brands showrooms can be experienced as well, including Tesla vehicles and Apple products. The eateries are centrally located in the Food Court area and includes many popular fast food establishments. Some of these may have long lines at times, especially during busy weekend days. There’s Guest Service’s and kiosks of signage with interior maps. Public restrooms are available, apart from the big stores. Security is good here, with camera’s in the parking areas and throughout the general mall. The convoluted layout can be a bit confusing, if not for points of reference when attempting to make a complete circuit around on both levels. I’ll remember the side I parked on nearest an anchor store and go right from there. J.C. Penny’s is at the north end, Macy’s is to the east and southeast, H&M is to the south and Nordstrom’s is on the westside, with the garage off of Randolph Street.

Brea Mall is truly one of the best malls in all of Southern California. You can easily spend a few hours and find everything you need. It occupies two floors and is pretty large and beautiful. They have all the regular stores and eateries that you expect to find and in addition they have a lot of the less common shops like a Tesla Showroom, Rocky Mountain Chocolate shop, Fossil, Fanzz, Ann Taylor, Tommy Bahama. There are so many more points of interest as well. The food court is pretty nice as well and has the usual places youu would find at any mall, and a good seating area. The parking lot both outside and underground is the largest I have ever seen at a mall. They also have Nordstrom, Macy's, and JC Penny's as the department stores. This mall gets extremely crowded on the weekends so plan to get there right when they open. I recommend the Red Robin for eating. Great food, not so crowded. Enjoy.

I feel so sad to see that Brea Mall has less foot traffic now a day . Most of the shops there , are very emptied , even on a weekend , ever since online shopping industry have taken over , & have killed the mom & pop businesses . As being old fashioned , I still love to go shop @ most of the malls , since I could try things on @ my leisure , instead of guessing wether or not , the outfit will fit me , when shopping online .

Also going to malls , gives me an incentive to get out of the house & exercise as well . Since we're living a sendetary life for the most part , our body tends to deteriorate faster then ever before . Therefore , a good habit of doing some exercise every now & then , will do us some good for our body , especially when you cannot afford the costly price of a gym & trainer to help us shed our pounds .

I recently went shopping at Victoria's Secret , & bought me a few lingeries , & underwears , as I still feel very sexy for my better half to appreciate my mature body .

The staff @ Victoria's secret was very attentive & helpful towards me , as they help me getting what I was looking for , due to my petite stature . Extra small sizes here in America , are very hard to find as most women are opulent , & only & only at V/S , do they carry my size for the most part , yaaaay !

Tired , but very contented to have found what I needed , & for the way that the staff was treating me like a princess while shopping there , I would highly recommended for all petite women to go shop there , mainly due to hard find size . I have to admit that most of their lingeries , bras , and such , are a bit pricey , but sooo well worth getting them . The quality of most products , are top notches . Most of all , it's the attentiveness that the staff gives to each & every single shopper , is what really sealed the deal , for us to become their repeated customers in...
