Mor Furniture for Less — Attraction in Brea

🚨please read the whole review as I added an update. At first glance this place seems great. They have nice pieces and the sales people are nice. Then comes the terrible customer service. I order 6,0000.00 worth of furniture and am told that 1 of the three sofas I would take 5-6 weeks since it was a custom fabric which I totally understood. I asked how long the other two would take since I saw on my receipt a November date. Ysaak tells me that the two couches that aren’t custom are in stock and can be delivered right away. He tells me that in 2-3 days I would get a call and delivery would be set up a week out at the most since they were all in stock. I leave feeling happy and excited for our new furniture. I get an email on Monday saying your order is being delivered on Nov. 11 literally almost 2 months later. I tried calling the store but it went to voicemail every time. I drive there and ask for the manager and Robert comes out. I explain the situation and he tells he everything is out of stock and that the earliest any of the couches can get delivered is in October but he can’t guarantee anything. I explain that I was told otherwise and he says he checked and there isn’t anything he can do. He also proceeds to say he wasn’t here and doesn’t know if that is what I was told. I literally went to living spaces the same day I purchased from Mor to get my dinning table and coffee tables and they were delivered today Tuesday. I then ask for a refund and am told it could take 10 business days to get my money back. That wouldn’t be helpful so I’m stuck having to wait 2 months for my order now or whenever they become in stock. He said the couches I selected are newer models so they take longer a piece of information I would have loved to known before I paid. Just tell the customer the truth before they purchase and let them decide. Instead you lied to me and are surprised I’m frustrated.

🚨update🚨 John whom I meet on my first visit reached out to me right away when he was back in the office. He was so kind and understanding to my frustration. He made sure to check on the status of my order and helped set up the delivery dates for 2 out of the 3 deliveries. The team delivering the couches were great. They were timely, friendly and made sure to set them up exactly where I wanted them. The quality of the couch is wonderful and I’m extremely happy that what was is the showroom is exactly what I got. The custom couch I ordered also came in about two weeks sooner than expected and the color is fantastic. Although I had major issues with some of their customer service John really tried to make things right and I appreciated it. All three couches and coffee tables have been delivered and are of high quality. If you aren’t in a rush to receive your furniture then definitely buy from them great prices for high quality. We are absolutely thrilled with our selections of furniture! We walked in just wanting to browse and Lorenzo greeted us by the door. He was so kind and patient, he helped us look at a few couches and was extremely knowledgeable about each piece. He was very engaged and thoughtful in what we wanted and really helped us around the store to find what we needed! He was not pushy at all, just really personable and informative. We had a ton of questions and he answered every single one with such grace and patience. If he didn’t know the answer he took the time to go get it. He gave us enough space to look on our own yet followed up when we needed help. He is a fantastic salesman and really took our best interest to heart. He helped us color match an entertainment console and dining table to the couch we wanted. Lorenzo was very transparent about pricing, payments and delivery. He knew a lot! Ysaak over at Mor Furniture in Brea Ca, has been superb at helping me on more than one occasion! He has exhibited professionalism every step of the way. On a prior furniture order I decided to change a piece. I notified Ysaak, and even on his day off he responded to my request, then when he returned to work, just as he said he would, he contacted me to finalize the details! On another occasion I decided replace some other furniture in another room and I contacted Ysaak letting him know the styles, size’s & dimensions, and colors of the decor I was looking for! Later that day, in a timely manner, he contacted me back just like he said he would, his Word is Bond! He then showed me the pieces that he had found from his research that fit my request, taking into consideration extra details such as my height, expertly matching my prior request, of course we then finalized the deal.
