I cannot say enough great things about Joan’s Bridal. I have been coming here for YEARS since I was 16! Now I am in my 32 and I still go nowhere else even after 16 years! I even moved to a different state and will still fly all the way from Chicago, IL to come to Bridgeport, CT to get my dresses altered because Joan is THAT good!

Joan has helped me even when I was in a time crunch this week. I am the matron of honor for my sister’s wedding and just flew in from Chicago yesterday. I had to get my dress altered in less than 24 hours because I just had a baby and the dress was way too big. After Joan fixed it, the dress fit like a glove. She did this in less than 24 hours people!!!! Where else would you get a perfect service in such a short amount of time? Joan is extremely gifted at what she does! God has truly blessed her hands.

I’ve also come to Joan in the past for my ring dance, prom, bridal shower, baby shower, and more. I’ve been to other bridal boutiques and I have NEVER been treated with such kindness and care like I do at Joan’s Bridal. The prices are extremely reasonable. Joan provides super fast service, is super accurate with alterations, and extremely professional. I am a FOREVER customer. 5 stars! 10 out of 10...

LOVE MY WEDDING DRESS ! BUT, there was a huge lack of communication which made it frustrating to work with them. I was told my dress would be there in 3 weeks because it was already in stock come to find out I had to wait 3-4 month for my dress and they didn't bother to inform me of any changes in my order. And when my dress finally arrived no one called me to let me know. I ended up calling and they said my dress had been sitting there. Smh. Every time I came in for a fitting for previous alterations that were suppose to be done, it was not. I went in for a fitting and did measurements to add on a belt and was told it would be done the next time we meet. I needed a dress altered for my daughter's 16th Birthday, when I say I was floored, it would be an understatement!!!!! Joan's bridal delivered and then some!! The dress was initially too short and I wanted some length added, the way the dress looked like it came that way already, it was literally seamless!!!! I highly recommend, I am so appreciative of the fact that they were able to do the alterations on a last minute basis as well (literally dropped it off and needed it in a week).
