Jewelry Depot — Attraction in Brighton Charter Township

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. There are a few stores you feel like you have to really trust the staff. Jewelry stores have to be close to the top of that list. After getting a bad feeling about some advice I received from my local jewelry store I decided to give Jewelry Depot a shot. I had read good things and the drive seemed worth it for an honest jeweler. They exceeded my expectations and made sure to educate me and even show me what to look for, I will never trust anyone again on the care of my engagement ring and other jewelry. I would be honored to recommend them to anyone who needs an honest jeweler for purchasing or repairs. One final note. I respect that this establishment lets its great service and quality jewelry speak louder than fancy furnishings and over the top interior decoration. I absolutely love Dan and his staff and store!!! I was referred to him by a friend a little over 5 years ago just after I got engaged. I was new to the Howell/Brighton area and needed a trustworthy and reputable jeweler. Dan exceeded my expectations. I had my ring sized, inspected, cleaned and appraised. Since then I've taken several other pieces of jewelry into Dan the Man to work his magic and I've also purchased my husband's wedding band that Dan engraved as well as another piece of jewelry he engraved. I've purchased another ring for myself and have had other rings sized. I have even just popped into his store to have a broken/missing class replaced or repaired by him right on the spot no questions asked. This place is extremely shady. My wife brought 2 rings in here first ring they said the diamonds weren't in the ring. Even pulled his loop out and "checked" he was lying obviously because we had been to 2 other jewelry stores before going to this one also offered 400 dollars less than the other 2 jewelry stores we went to for the other ring. Don't waist your time with this place. Dan ur full of it. I have the ring on rn and guess what all the diamonds are there.
