Pet Place — Attraction in Bristol Township

Our dog can be quite the handful and I am extremely picky with who I let watch him. He is a working dog so he has a lot of energy and drive. I had lots of questions for Matt and Dezirae, the owners, and they both answered all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. He spent his first day at doggie day care for his play assessment and I was an anxious wreck dropping him off. However, I got lots of updates about him throughout the day and he received good marks when we picked him up.

I am so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and I love that their kennels are not facing each other which helps minimize stress when dogs need to stay. The app is easy to use and book through. I actually prefer that they are a smaller facility because that means play groups are not too large for the people to manage and the attentiveness to the dogs can be much richer and in depth. This also ensures that our dog can get quality time with other dogs and people and feel comfortable in the space.

I feel confident in Pet Place’s ability to provide quality care to our dog while we are away and would recommend this facility to anyone looking to board or provide play...

What can I say- we have been afraid to leave our pup in a doggy daycare and usually take her with us just for trust reasons (on her part and ours). This time we were taking a trip to the smoky mountains and couldn’t bring our pup due to Airbnb rules. We were so nervous about dropping her off at a daycare but we luckily knew of Pet Place which recently opened up less than 5 min from our house. The pricing was equal to or better than what we saw elsewhere and the staff seemed friendly. I can confirm that despite our fears the ladies that work there are extremely compassionate and they kept us updated with daily pictures of our pup that made us feel SO happy and stress free for our trip. Our pup Sake was seemingly SMILING from ear to ear the entire time and while she was very excited to come back home she did seem like she was going to miss her friends she made at the Pet Place. All in all this was a tremendously great experience and I’m so grateful to the team at Pet Place and will 100% be using them again. We were lucky enough to come across a Facebook promotion announcing the opening of Pet Place, and were able to catch an open house where we met the lovely owners. They gave us a tour and we felt confident enough to want to book with them right away. Very clean facility with lots space for your pups to play. They make it easy to book through their website, and saves all the additional paperwork. Loved the upfront pricing, as we've had issues with final pricing tallies at other places. Throughout our dog's stay we were updated each day with pictures and detailed text messages about what they were up to. Honestly, it was so reassuring to get those texts while on our trip knowing they were in good hands and having fun. Thank you so much to the staff at Pet Place, we look forward to booking...
