If I can give a zero I will. The employees are very rude and clueless. I came n for a warranty exchange that has been fully processed through T-mobile and we requested the phone to be sent to a store because the alarms keeps going off and the screen is blank and there was no physical damage. From the moment we mentioned exchange I can sense problem with the two people in the store. They said the phone is not covered by the type of exchange mentioned and the T-Mobile representative checked and corrected them that it is covered. This store representative said regardless of what T-Mobile said he will NOT take the phone. T-Mobile has to resend the phone to another. Third party store like this simple give T-Mobile a bad name and I’m interested in knowing the kind of discipline T-Mobile impose on stores like this. TO THE STORE MANAGEMENT: Please don’t respond to this review by telling me you’re sorry you didn’t live up to expectations, I already see this kind of response in a similar review someone else posted, you need to train your staff to do the right things and stop denying customers if when T-Mobile confirmed the exchange must be done, the guy was super rude, the lady eventually realized they messed up and apologized. I have never had a good service at this store and that’s why I don’t like going there but unfortunately this is where send my phone to. I will not recommend this store to anyone. Thanks.
UPDATE: If anyone need an excellent T-mobile customer service save yourself unnecessary headaches from this store on Orchard road, please go to 2326 rt34 in Oswego opposite Walmart. They fixed my issues in less than 30 minutes and they were very...
Read moreThis place is terrible in every way. Went in there to get a phone for me and my family. Was not told about having to pay for the phones in full if you cancel service. TMobile customer care somewhat resolved an issue I had with them but I had to go to the store I received my phones from to have the issue "officially" resolved. Not only did the store associates have no clue about TMobiles policies, products, and procedures, but they flat-out refused to help me even after they spoke with customer service. The staff here is rude, dismissive, and completely uneducated about their products and services. By the way "no contract and early termination fees" is a bold face lie. You receive those fees from other companies because you get a discounted phone for signing a contract. The early termination fee is you paying for the remainder of the phone you own and are currently no longer subsidizing with monthly payments. Tmobile does the EXACT SAME THING!!! Just because they call it something different doesn't mean it isn't the same thing. Their "hip" commercials aimed at susceptible youth are a disgrace. I can't even imagine how many young people have T-Mobile as their first blemish on their...
Read moreBe careful upgrading or looking for a plan at this location. I would suggest to go to a different T-Mobile store, actually go to a T-MOBILE corporate owned store, not an authorized seller. Have gone twice in the last 4 months to upgrade 2 phones. At first, I thought the service was good. I was taken back when I was told part of the upgrade is receiving a new Sim card. I didn't want to change numbers but the salesperson told me it's all part of the upgrade. I will receive a new Sim card now so in the future when I want to get a new phone or tablet I will have this new Sim card. I was told this is for free, I won't be paying anything until I get a new device. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE!!! I didn't catch the extra charge right away on our monthly bill because of paying for the new phones. Well, this month I checked my bill in detail and noticed I am being charged for these 2 new Sim cards/numbers. Shame on me for not checking in detail that last 2 months. However, the salespeople did tell me I wouldn't be paying for these Sim cards because they weren't active, plus they are for free based on my upgrade/plan. We feel completely deceived!!!! Don't shop this...
