UPDATE So the owner would like me to contact them to talk about how they screwed me out of 3 seperate discounts. Well each time a "manager" came over and didnt give the discount. So why would I waste any time speaking to your business? You lost me as a customer. You lost my hundreds of dollars a month coming into your business. You lost me buying edibles , flower and things like rolling papers. You lose you lose you lose! So thank your employees for saving you 10 bucks and pissing off a customer with disposable income. Innitially I was happy a pot shop opened so close. Then I started shopping here. Super high prices. Quality is ok but potency is always lower than expected. Not once have I said "WOW this is great bud!" So today 9/7 was the 3rd and final time they have screwed me out of a discount. Instead of going through with the discount in this misunderstanding ($10-15) they would rather piss me off further. So the 4 ounces that I bought in less than 3 months will never be bought again from you. You deny a small discount and now instead of losing the $10-15 from the discount you will lose me as a customer. I buy over an ounce each month. Oh and enjoy that extra $10 bucks you got, maybe you'll finally crowbar open the business account and get that stupid pothole in the parking fixed instead of just putting a cone...
Read moreStory time!! - I want to thank everyone at Ivy Hall, and especially Stephanie, for being so kind and helpful to my dad!! He is 83 years old and went to this dispensary to get some edibles for my mother, who is recovering from total knee replacement surgery and is having great difficulty sleeping. Her doctor recommended edibles instead of sleeping pills, so off went my a little unsure father to get some!! I think he was a bit nervous about going, he's never used cannabis in his life (seriously) or ever visited a dispensary, and didn't really know what to expect. But he said that everyone was so friendly and helpful, and he was so pleased that he got a senior discount and a first time visitor discount to boot!! He even had my mother save the receipt so that he can remember to ask for Stephanie the next time he comes in, though I did tell him that I'm sure everyone at the store is very nice and would be happy to help him too, lol!! I was contacted right away from a manager and after investigating the incident it was determined that during the exchange of funds one of the 20s fell on the floor and that is why it wasn’t included. I am very happy that I was wrong and it was not a dishonest employee but just an unfortunate accident. Well today I placed my order as I do every 2 weeks on payday and I am more than pleased and with the service if I could give more than 5 stars I would . The customer service I have experienced has been more than exceptional and I will definitely be a regular long time customer.
