I'm here to comment about the service from one particular employee at this location. I don't know his name but he's a yt guy, skinny, with glasses. He worked on 6/8 around 11:30a.
I pre ordered my smoothie on the app, got to the store, I let him know I had a pre order & he said "it just came through, it'll take a moment" - ok cool no problem. Then when he went to give me the smoothies, there was a fly that came through the window and I guess he freaked out and started to rush me as I was asking him to scan my barcode so I could get the points. He proceeds to say "oh, you already paid" and I said "I know, I just want you to scan this so I can get my points" and he restated the same thing still focusing on the fly while rushing me on..... so I drove off (upset).
He was so occupied with that little ahhs fly that he didn't full explain that if you paid through the app, your points will appear but he didn't. This isn't the first time I've been there and I didn't feel rushed by him. If I don't order ahead and go through the drive thru instead, he asks "is that all?" after everything you order making the experience feel rushed.
The first few times I let it slide, but this last encounter was enough. My friend was in the car with me and they too felt like that was rude of him. I work in customer service so I know that all could of been avoided.
3 stars because the smoothies are actually made VERY good, but he just ruins it whenever I come.

so I’m back with another review for October 4, 2024. my birthday is on the third and I received an email in the morning saying I can get a free smoothie however I knew for a fact that I couldn’t get there that day because I was so busy and because I was so busy I didn’t think to screenshot the code for the smoothie. so I tried to come in the following day on the fourth to see if they would honor me getting a free smoothie with my ID and proof of email, but the manager said no she will need the code for that.
I personally think that is unfair to offer something for one day but some establishments are greedy and dont want to give anything out for free. As much money as people spend here (myself included) and again for someone who works in customer service, it wasn’t going to hurt to do something nice. Smh
If I find a corporate email, I will reach out to them as well. I hate to be the Black Karen but I really don’t care lol these promos to redeem in a day are whack. A 3 day redemption would be...
Read moreI’m giving this place a somewhat good review. For starters, food & smoothies are amazing. Clean restaurant. But a specific person who works here is absolutely disrespectful… I have an issue with her. I don’t know her name but she is the one who is always at the pick up window in the drive thru. She is tall with really long black/brown hair. I ordered my usual at the speaker and once I was done I went up to the next window. This girl for one was making the nastiest face. And for 2, I went to pay and I put a tip on the screen like I normally do. Once I paid fully, she handed me the receipt and had said, that’s all you’re going to tip? I said what do you mean, I’m paying $16 for a meal and tipped you $2. This place is already kinda expensive as it is and i rarely come here. And she goes, well if you have a problem with tipping you should not order food. I go excuse me? So then, she hands me my food almost throwing it and I said you’re very rude and disrespectful.
This girl either needs a wake up call for her boss or this company needs...
Read moreWe had lunch here today and I had the chicken pesto sandwich and requested it with no chicken. I told the gal taking our order (who was very sweet) I didn't eat meat which is why I didn't want the chicken. Our food came out and I began eating, after about halfway through the sandwich I was tasting something off, I opened it and to my horror, it had bacon in it. The sandwich doesn't even come with bacon. The manager or owner just happened to walk by and I showed her and she offered to make me a new one but I'd already eaten some of it and needed to get back to work and really didn't have time to wait for a whole new sandwich plus I was already starting to feel nauseous.
