Burger King — Restaurant in Bristol Township

I work nearby so I come a few times a week for breakfast and this particular Burger King NEVER opens on time This photo I added is from 6:16 and are supposed to open at 6 and currently sitting in the drive through and is still not open Two maybe three times a week of coming here for a year and a half and I have never once seen them open on time Please change this locations opening hours Should say "Whenever we feel like it" I can't tell you how many times I've sat in drive through at 6:05 and watched the very 1st employee get out of there car to go in 5min after opening Ending this review I have to add it is now 6:21 and still nobody has greeted me and lights are still off even though there are 2 cars here I'm leaving, extremely frustrating I understand things happen and we are all human, but never opening on time Is crazy And opening this much later than open is even crazier And I really wish I was over exaggerating about the NEVER OPEN ON TIME, but I couldn't be more serious Well I waited another few minutes cuz it's my day off and my pregnant wife is hungry and all she wanted was Burger King and now I'm gonna have to ask my sweet wife to pick another place, now 6:26 by the way And...

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This location requires a complete and total overhaul to run properly. The ordertakers through drive thru can't seem to understand what you are asking for. A simple request like extra cheese gets ignored or not entered right. Their Point of sales lags and I have been told that their system for the people preparing the food will not see the extras or exclusions meaning they have to yell the order back. I have had my order messed up more times than I have received a correct order. Another thing this location is trash at is actually giving you what you paid for in terms of fries and drinks. I have had large fries where the container is maybe a quarter to halfway full of fries or straight up have had to turn around to get a drink that was left out. I would avoid this burger king like the plague! It has gotten to the point where I have to check my bag and open every sandwich to make sure the order is correct because I no longer trust them. Only giving one star so I can write this review. When we walked in one of the managers was yelling at a line worker about what she was doing wrong. Since we had been waiting a few minutes to be helped the lady in the drive thru came over to take our order. I ordered a veggie burger, cooked on the grill not in the microwave. I always order it like this from Burger King as their standard is to cook it in the microwave which leaves it soggy. She said "and what if it comes out bad, then what". I said why would it come out bad? I'm asking you to put it on the grill not the microwave, it would be the same as cooking a frozen burger. She explained that their grill is not the same temperature as every other burger King. What? She continued to argue with me until I said "you're too combative and I don't want you making my food" and then I left.
