I have had a bad experience with this place and also with all the service that at&t gives, I went last year for an internet promotion, direc tv and NFL sunday ticket for a good price, everything was fine until then, but a few months later my bill increased and I went to fix that issue and they told me I had to speak to customer service, they adjusted the price. A couple of months ago I went and hired the NFL sunday ticket and they treated me very well, then there was a very high increase in my bill and when I went to ask, again they told me no, that I had to call customer service. So, if it is to hire or buy something if they attend and to clarify a doubt they are useless, I am just waiting for the NFL season to end and I am going to end my contract with them so that I will never do business with them again.
I have to come back here now in january They should put a robot at the reception, the robot would be more tactful with the clients than the woman who attended me, I asked her in English if she spoke Spanish and she just blinked slowly and shook her head saying no, we asked for a service and before finishing speaking she interrupted me and said we don't do that here, we asked her for something else then and she asked for my phone number and she couldn't access my account and she told me to call customer service and that the number was on one of my bills that looked for it there, so she wasn't good enough to even give me the...
   Read moreBrought a brand new iPad out of the box from this store for my sons birthday two weeks in advance had crappy customer service when I purchased the iPad by the store manager Adam who at the time of my purchase was servicing three people at once while the other two store associates were sitting down and servicing one person. Adam proceeded to send me out the store with the unopened iPad because I wasnât trying to sit and wait to be serviced which wouldâve probably taken forever, so fast forward two weeks later my son opens his iPad only to find it to be defected so as confused and irritated this has made me I go back up to the store to trade it out for a new one only to be told you are 24 hrs out of buyers remorse period and there is nothing we could do. I then explained to Adam that I was never explained by him about a buyers remorse period when I purchased the iPad and he then proceeds to tell me itâs there policy, so for future references you have to go read the store policies before purchasing any devices from AT&T or you may get stuck with a defected device like we have been stuck with. I went in twice this month to renew my contract with the deal of trading in our old iPhones and getting new ones. Carlos and Steve quoted us incorrectly and said all our phones where in great shape to receive money back for our new phones( one phone was cracked and they still said it was good) . We went in today to return our old phones for the trade in to find out one phone will not receive the full credit the one that was cracked but was perfect the last 2 times we went in, and they also didnât remember or even recognized us and said they would have never said such a thing basically calling the customer a LIER. Itâs very upsetting to have people working and lying to customers and not remember the people that come in often to the store. Please go to another AT&T store. Go to Verizon or any other phone services. I just hope they start paying more attention to their customers, treat them well and own up to their mistakes.
