DON'T TRUST A WORD THEY SAY! I bought a mattress at the beginning of the pandemic. Asked a couple months later to let them know I never had backaches like I did since I got their junky mattress. Also, from day one, the "included" adjustable frame caused the mattress to have dips and valleys. Mattress Firm said that's normal. 2 months in and they convinced me that it was probably just that it was a different kind of mattress. Another month later and I was still avhey. Now they td me it was too late and there would be extensive restocking charges if they pi ked it up and it would be awhile before they could get someone out. We had a wonderful experience choosing our new bed! Shopping for mattresses can be very stressful with all of the choices but Kanton at Mattress Firm in Montgomery made it an enjoyable experience. His knowledge and expertise was very helpful as we were apprehensive to change from our sleep number bed to a new style. Our original plan was to just upgrade out sleep number bed from a queen to a king but we thought we would stop in the store to review our options. Within ~30 mins, Kanton helped us explore our options. He gave us a great deal! The mattress was delivered within 2 business days, the delivery team were professional and had us set up within minutes. I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Mattress Firm. I purchased their supposedly "firm" mattress for over $3000, expecting quality and comfort. However, within a year, the mattress started failing, losing its firmness as advertised. When I contacted Mattress Firm Company about the issue and inquired about their warranty, they flat out refused to replace the mattress.Now, not only am I stuck with a subpar mattress that exacerbates my back pain, but I'm also out of pocket for a significant amount of money.
