I love Starbucks ❤️ but today was the worst customer service experienced I’ve ever had anywhere!
I pre order via mobile so my drink can be ready and it was but for the second time this place forgot my cinnamon and that’s okay but when I ask for a new one she asked for mine so she can add cinnamon to it I said no because that is not sanitary I already drank from it that’s how I know she didn’t add cinnamon it concerns that she was even willing to do that but anyway when I got my drink I took a sip and choked almost crashed my truck 🥵😫😭 this barista was so mad that they forgot to add cinnamon to my first order that she dumped cinnamon on my second shame on...

We ordered the largest thinking it would be alot bigger then it is. Read moreI got my drink in the drive thru (brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) and brought it inside to get a new one after immediately realizing it didn’t taste right. I realized it was because the oatmilk supplier changed. The barista making my new drink lied to my face and said the oatmilk is the exact same with new packaging, I knew it wasn’t. The manager told me the oatmilk does taste different. So why did the barista lie to me and give me dirty looks while I got my refund?
