Great service, responsiveness, and they really are true experts anything security! My husband called-in and spoke to Gildy - who was incredibly helpful! We called thinking we knew the Medeco high-security locks we wanted for our home, but after he checked our request - he called us back. After talking to him realized we would have ordered the wrong items (designed for classrooms only).

He not only helped us from preventing a costly mistake, but we decided to actually stop in the store a few days later to check everything out. We got there 10 minutes early & saw that the work vans that came in/out were spotless & read they weren't just a residential dealer/installer/locksmith but a very busy commercial security specialist as well.
