BEWARE OF THIS BURGER KING I pull up to the speaker at the Burger King Drive-Thru at 10:19 p.m. the store closes according to Google at 11 p.m. . I wait at the drive-thru speaker for around 10 minutes waiting for a response, seeing as the store hours that are posted, I had to assume they were still open. I then pull around 2 the delivery window. And see a gentleman mopping the floor. I try flagging him down to come to the window, he was extremely hesitant made me wait another three or four minutes until he finally came. First thing out of his mouth was were closed and attempted to close the drive-through window. And I explained to him that the posted hours say that they are open until 11 p.m. and at that time it is around 10:30 he then proceeds to tell me that it is normal procedure to close down all food service around 10 to 10:15 p.m., so the employees can clean the restaurant and count the money. I asked to speak to the manager that's on duty, I wait another 5 minutes and she finally comes to the window. First things out of her mouth were we are closed. I then proceeded to ask why the serving hours are posted on the building and on google that they are open until 11pm. She then says that they closed down early tonight because they were understaffed, which completely contradicted what the first employee had told me. Not only was I lied to, I was disrespected by the vulgar terms that these two employees were using in conversation. If this is how this location of Burger King allows their employees to act, Burger King should strip the franchise from the owner of this Burger King. They acted without any regard to the brand that they are representing. I asked for the manager's name, she told me "I don't have to give you my name, because it's my name" I feel that this is the absolute worst service I've ever had at ANY fast food restaurant in my life. Furthermore I had specifically drove to this Burger King because the posted hours are until 11 p.m. without a doubt I will never be coming to this Burger King ever again and I will be telling everybody I know to never come to this Burger King. Fortunately I did get a picture of the manager and the employee that I had this problem with. I would greatly appreciate it upper management contacted me about this. You cannot operate restaurant with such worthless and disrespectful employees that don't even want to do their job. They forever tarnished the Burger King name in my mind. Read moreI have tried this Burger King a few times (I live about 4 minutes from it) and has completely given up on it for 2 years bc EVERY TIME have gone I’m DISAPPOINTED and feel like I have wasted my money. The food is always lousy and the customer service sucks! I keep going back thinking one day they will FINALLY get it right (I mean how hard it is to make a decent BK burger) and they NEVER get it right. I love BK and I have never had a burger that was terrible until visiting this BK. My recent drive thru visit started with the worker who may have been the mngr cussing out an employee. I was given my food after the confrontation was over. The cheese seemed to be just placed on my cold raw looking whopper (I guess they have given up on the char broiling part that BK is known for) bc it looked like it had been microwaved for 2 minutes and placed on a bun with a cold piece of cheese and the onion rings were cold. Although, my puppy enjoyed a few pieces of the meat…However, I did microwave the meat about 4 mins before giving him some of the burger and the picture was taken after I microwaved it for my pup and had to remove the remaining burger from the garbage to take the picture. Unfortunately the couple of bites I took was of a pinkish color meat until I noticed it tasted nothing like a char broiled burger that BK is supposedly famous for. I did call and ask the employee that answered the phone about why I was given a half cooked burger and did not seem to have been char broiled at all. He told me to bring it back. Then I remembered why I stopped going over 2 years ago. I was told the same to bring the burger back and when I drove back up there of course there was a problem with my money being refunded so I decided not to waste my time going up there just to get upset…let’s just say I have FINALLY learned my lesson and will from this day forward take advantage of the OTHER FAST FOOD in that strip mall and pretend like BK...
Read moreWell, I will start by saying I haven't eaten at a Burger King establishment in more than 10 years! Then last month I took my brother to a drive thru on a Friday evening so that he could order a whopper with fries.....Anyway, I noticed a Burger King sign as I was finishing up some errands on my way home and decided to give it a try.... Since I didn't see alot of cars in the parking lot I decided to go inside to place my order. As I walked past the dining area I saw that the area was clean. No crumbs on the table or on the floor. I few customers were dining in, but for the most part it was empty. However, I did notice that the area where customers select their beverages was in total disarray! The tops for the cups were scattered all over the counter, some of the beverage selections had tape covering them! However, the machine dispensing the beverages and that area did not look clean at all!
When I walked up to the counter to place my order, I did receive friendly quick service from staff and the food did smell good! Since I was in a hurry, I ended up selecting a beverag with no tape over it- (7up)! As a paying customer I regret not voicing my concerns both good and bad to management.
