I met Calvin Morris by chance; he responded to a rental listing I had contacted, and as we spoke and texted back and forth, he quickly became our safe harbor in a fiercely competitive market.

As an adult daughter with an elderly mom, we had specific needs because of mobility issues. We had a limited amount of time and budget to find a new apartment. Oh, and we have a cat, which knocked 2/3 of the available apartments we could afford out of reach.

Calvin always made time for us. He and I were in contact almost every day, whether parsing listings for potential homes, giving me a much needed, but candid, pep talk after a seriously frustrating day, updating me after speaking to other agents, or debriefing after showings.

Calvin Morris is amazing! I am serious, I can not stop raving about him to everyone. Moving is already a fairly stressful thing and it was made tenfold with the competitive market here. He had reached out for one property we were interested in and when that property wasn’t available, we just kind of moved on, because initially we weren’t planning to use an agent. He ended up reaching out later just to check in on us (which was, in itself, above and beyond), and in its own respects our stroke of luck. He had said that if we needed anything to reach out to him, I decided to take him up on the offer and I am so glad I did! Genuinely, I’m not sure we would have been able to move if it weren’t for him. We had quite a few obstacles to overcome and specifications we wanted met in finding a place here, and he worked with us and ended up getting us into an amazing place. Not only that but Calvin went into great detail explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and helping anywhere he could. His communication is outstanding and we were always in the loop about everything. We knew it would all move quickly but it was all so much quicker and his help at every point was incredible, and made the move as smooth as it could be. Calvin Morris is outstanding! Moving is quite the complicated process, especially in this market, but Calvin Morris was with us and guided us through every step! Initially we were contacting him about a different property when he informed us it was sadly unavailable. Thinking we weren’t going to use an agent, we moved on, but Calvin hadn’t. He reached out to us a few days later to check in on our search and let us know he’s still there if we needed him (he must’ve heard our prayers) because we really did!
