I got to the pharmacy at 5:15 pm and didn't get to leave until almost 7. Instead of telling me what I needed to do, they gave me 3 different reasons why I can't get it filled and why the insurance wasn't working, and basically being like too bad so sad come back Sunday... Which yeah, cool I would usually be fine with that, except I won't be back until Tuesday from going out of town... it took them an hour to finally relay my provider needed to call and approve the rest of my partial fill (it was filled at another pharmacy and they ran out of the medication) instead of just saying that from the beginning, they were just being really short and acting like they did have time to deal with me. This on top of ignoring me, and ignoring the phone when my provider called multiple times. I even told the blond younger girl at the front with glasses that "Hey, that phone ringing is my provider calling to approve the rest of the fill" she responds to me "How is that your provider? Most places are closed at this time" š³ This place seems totally scattered and absolutely no one has any clue what is actually going on with anything. There were multiple people inside waiting having issues as well.... I don't think it was a fluke guys, I think you probably need to figure out how to fix...

I am a traveling Nurse and had to have my prescriptions sent to a new pharmacy, unfortunately I chose this one. The Pharmacist, who was an Asian female, got extremely upset with me because SHE had applied the wrong coupons to my prescriptions and I had pointed it out. My job doesnāt offer prescription benefits!! The price she gave me was over $70, it should have only been $55. This woman got upset because she had to repackage the prescriptions. Then, my new bank card wouldnāt process and this infuriated her. She walked away from me and told another co-worker, a male in scrubs to help me and said the following right in front of me. āHelp this lady, sheās taking to long and I have other things to doā. The male co worker was almost as rude!! They would not help me, stared at me and quite frankly seemed like they didnāt want to work at all!! I will be having my prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy this morning and I am lodging a formal complaint...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAfter going to urgent care I came to this Walgreens to get crutches and pick up my prescription. As soon as I came in two women working the register stopped what they were doing and went to get the crutches, help me open them and put them together. There were kind and extremely helpful. At the pharmacy - the urgent care never called in my prescription. Two women behind the counter spent 20 minutes called the urgent care to get it sorted out for me. They were kind and apologetic even though it wasnāt their fault at all that the prescription was never sent over. Eventually we got it figured out!
Overall GREAT staff, they made my day easier and I had a smile on my face when I left....
