Previous drop off experiences were great but today â not so much. I was a little early but an employee was sorting and âavailableâ â after he finally acknowledged my presence with eyes over the fence and said, âyeah!?â â to whom I apologized and inquired if, even though I was a few minutes early, if I may drop off one thing. He rolled his eyes and said âgo aheadâ. Rude. Upon retrieving the item and returning to the drop off, I clearly wasnât sure where to place the nicely hanging outfits in a garment bag ⌠certainly he didnât want me to put them on the very wet table. He said âjust put them on the tableâ. I laid them down in the least wet spot and said âthank you and Happy New Yearâ. No response. As I was leaving, I pulled up to the wet table, got out of my truck, and now having his attention, picked up my garment bag and declared to him that I wasnât going to leave my item because his attitude sucks.    Read moreI love thrift stores. This was more of an upscale thrift store. There's nothing wrong with that. It was very clean and organized. Items were displayed more like a boutique than your standard thrift. I did enh up with a Simple Modern tumbler for my daughter. Practically new. Now she can be like me. Also, I grabbed a book and a CD while there. We were killing some time bre an appointment in the area. We did donated several bags of clothes before we went in. Amidst the piles of merchandise are lots of items marked âdisplay/store use only.â I understand theyâre going for an aesthetic, but ultimately itâs hard to shop when youâre constantly shimmying around displays and moving out of the way of other shoppers.
