When we decided to get engaged, I wanted to find a more boutique style jewelry store instead of a big box, typical, jewelry store. I had gone to another store to get sized and originally wanted a moissanite. The owner of that store was so rude to me so I knew I needed a different experience. I looked up Spears & Co on Instagram and loved what I saw. It was exactly what I was looking for. That weekend, we went up to look at rings. We had no idea what to expect. And honestly, it was perfect. Ryan helped us, while helping another couple, but it didn’t feel like he was distracted at all. He was focused on us both, allowing us a little privacy to discuss and talk about what I really wanted. Ryan was so fantastic, he wasn’t pushy, he showed us diamonds that we could set and create the ring I always wanted. He even showed me a moissanite and offered to bring more in for me to look at. I instantly fell in love with lab grown diamonds, but I felt heard and thankful he showed me one, allowing me to make my own decision. We were there about 30 minutes and left. The following weekend, we went back to look again. When we showed up, he remembered exactly who I was (completely shocked) and was absolutely wonderful. He showed us different diamonds, priced out cost but was never ever pushy. He let us make the decision and worked with me on how I’d like the diamond set. About two days later, he sent me photos of what the ring will look like, hitting the nail on the head. It was perfect, simple and beautiful. We did the rest of the communications through text, and even after receiving my ring, I’ve reached out that way and he has been incredibly responsive. We also bought the extra insurance in case something happens to my ring. Overall, this experience was amazing and I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to purchase my ring.
