It's got a very nice view of Elmwood. I went on Tuesday and got half off my dining companion's drink. It's a cozy space and feels authentic, but I'm not sure I will go back because the tables are set up in a strange way. We had to be uncomfortably close to this family sitting on the couch, but honestly it was kind of pleasant to hear their conversation, although also quite obvious that they could hear ours. Also the barista wasn't especially friendly. There was no added benefit from the staff. Anyway, it is a good shop but I wonder what it could do to attract customers. Maybe tango lessons? Read moreI've been here before but recently started coming here every Sunday afternoon as my go-to spot. For one they charge fair prices for coffee. I'm a simple woman, I always order a small black iced coffee with simple syrup and love that the coffee remains strong with ice in it. It's at a great location, the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. It's always clean, the prices are great. The last thing I really, really appreciate is the choice of music and that it is never too loud.
