Buyer be ware I purchased a scarf from this vendor on Sunday Burlingame farmers market. She assured me it was pure cashmere made from the hairs on the neck of the goats. I took it on the trip with me the next day and found out that it didn’t feel like a cashmere. After a weeks trip, at home I tested the material and confirmed that it wasn’t even wool. I went to the farmers market this Sunday to talk to the seller and ask for either return or exchange of my purchase. She refused saying I used the scarf. The Burlingame Farmers market is a great stop to make in Burlingame downtown on a sunday morning. The range of produce is perfect and there are often 1 or 2 food trucks as well (and apparently live music sometimes). In addition to produce (including a great variety of cheese and smoked salmon, indian chutneys and stuffed flatbreads) one can find stalls selling unique crafts and decor items. This Farmer’s Market is the best!! Every seller is really kind and knowledgeable, I always buy fresh bagels, hummus!! And the last time that I went I bought peaches, apricots and the best strawberries that I ever had were from Rodriguez Farms!! OMG those strawberries...
