Brahim's Jewelry, Fine Jewelry Designer — Attraction in Burlington

Recently, I lost my wedding ring which had never come off my finger since the day I was married In June of 1989. All I can say is that I was pretty distraught at the time because I never thought that I would be able to replace it exactly. Then I remembered great experience I had A few years ago when I had to resize some jewelry at this jewelry store. Luckily, my wife's rang was the same as mine so we took a few pictures And sent them to this jeweler and magically they were able to replace the ring with an even better model. All I can say is there is one word that tells all about this jeweler and that word is quality. All I can say is the ring that they made for me is better than the original and when they say they make custom jewelry, they don't just make regular custom jewelry. They make stupendous custom jewelry. That said, I am telling you go to the showroom and talk to Amina because she is a superstar. Before you buy any jewelry check out what they have to offer because everything they have is unique and of very high quality. I normally only leave reviews if I either had a really bad experience or if I had an extraordinary experience. In this case, it was an absolutely extraordinary experience.

I was originally recommended by my brother who previously went to Brahim's Jewelry to get his wife's engagement ring and was very impressed by the work they did so I wanted to see what they can do for me. I did not want to go to a typical chain jewelry store (Jared, Kay, Zales..etc) and wanted a custom one of a kind designed piece. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted very warmly and immediately felt welcomed. Brahim and his brother Salim are extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They patiently worked with me on the design of the band as well as picking out the right diamond for the ring and ensured I got the perfect ring. We bounced a few design ideas around and Brahim came up with the perfect design idea that made my ring truly special and one of a kind. I couldn't have been happier with the result and my now Fiancé was also stunned when she saw it. I can't say enough good things about this company. They do things the old fashioned way, completely by hand, and they stand by their work. The best customer service I have ever seen. First of all, I bought my wife's custom engagement ring from Brahim back in 2012. The service was excellent and Brahim worked with me to design the perfect ring that was exactly what my wife wanted! I couldn't have been happier, he is work is professional, unique, and fast!

Fast forward a few years, my wife found that the ring just didn't fit as well as it used to (she lost some weight). I dropped by Brahim's shop and he bent over backwards to make it right. First he added a couple gold beads inside the band (per our our request) to try and make it smaller without a full resize. Unfortunately that didn't quite do it for my wife so we went back. Brahim offered to do a full resize of the ring and he didn't even charge us anything! Now the ring fits beautifully! We went in the weekend before Thanksgiving and he had it ready 4 days later!
