Here's a fair review for you folks looking for a decent response coming from a person that regularly visits the theatre. Within the next couple of pros and cons, it will only be based off of my experience only.
PROS:
CONS:
Everything else is up to you, your peers, and the people around you. This is a fair review from yours truly. Keep in mind that this is just from personal experience, and not jumbling up comments from others. I go to this theatre whenever I refuse to drive an extra 15-20 minutes to see a movie. So yes, I believe it is a decent place to go to. 3/5 stars is a decent rating.
I would give it 4 stars but seriously, I do feel like it's way too packed most...
Read moreIf I could give a zero for today’s experience I would. Our family tremendously supports local businesses. However, after today we will not support this business. We arrived 30 minutes before our movie started and purchased tickets and concessions. Our movie was set to start at 4:20pm. When we entered the theater at 4:00pm the movie was already playing and no one was in our theater. The lobby was packed so we went out and told the employees behind the counter that our movie needed restarted. We were told they were “to busy to help us right now because they were swamped” with concessions. She said the manager would help us when the lobby was caught up. The next couple in line were there for the same movie and they were told they could buy 4:20pm tickets or could return at 7:15pm if they wanted to see the movie from the beginning. The red headed manager continued to WATCH the event unfold and told the employees to just keep selling tickets and concessions. To this manager - shame on you for not being a better role model to the young employees behind the counter needing your leadership concerning customer service. The manager refused to help us “because she was to busy” selling more tickets. Finally, a young man who was called in to assist because they were overwhelmed helped us after 4:30pm. At this time he called the owner and offered to restart the movie. We asked for a refund. We understand being busy and mistakes happen. It’s was an easy fix! Just restart the movie! However, you cannot continue to sell tickets for a movie if you have yet to fix the viewing issue for customers who have already paid for that movie. This same event occurred in theater 5 and the patrons simply left. It is very important to support local businesses. However, local businesses must stand behind the service being sold if you want supported. Customer service after point of sale is essential for...
Read moreBEWARE!!!! Me and my husband have been coming here for years and occasionally bring our daughter. Things have been going downhill for this for awhile now. But tonight just topped ever experience I’ve ever had. We brought my mom to see Top Gun the 9:40 showing, even though my husband and I had already watched it opening night. As soon as we walk in there is popcorn all over the floor as well as water. As we were waiting in line like many others there were only two cashiers working while the other workers just stood there on their phones chatting it up instead of helping customers. One of the workers (she had long blonde hair) was yelling at customers that were in line. Second issue I have is, that we went on Tuesday night which is $5 dollar movie tickets all day. Even says so on website. We get our tickets and two large drinks and a bucket refill. Somehow cost $57? Even though the tickets are supposed to be $5. When I complain and try to get refunded the workers nor the so called manager on site could even give me a valid argument as to why we paid full price. Said the movie has to be out longer that 2 weeks (which it has). Then after that I was told to read the fine print on the website under $5 Tuesdays. And all it says is 3D movies are subject for higher price. Then after that excuse came another then another. All I gathered was they didn’t know what was going on and seemed lost. Also theater room was disgusting. Cup holders nasty. Ticket lady grabbed my purse trying to search it saying “don’t worry I won’t take your candy” even though I had none. Then she goes to add that we need to stay out of the theater because he’s still cleaning even though it was 5 mins to movie. When we get in there no one was in there cleaning anything. gonna be a while before I come back...
