The North Face Camarillo Premium Outlets — Attraction in Camarillo

7/15，we purchased more than 10 items ask for 3 extra bags because some items are gifts and we want to put the items in different bags for them. The cashier also the attending manager helped us, who has this attitude that made us feel very uncomfortable— she was cold and very aggressive when talking to us. She told us that offering more than 3 bags is against the police unless we do more than one transactions with the same card with her unwelcoming attitude—this is such a waste of time and energy for both of us. We originally plan to purchase more items but we were so tired and didn’t want to deal with her attitude so we end up doing four transactions to get more bags and left the store as soon as we can! I would give a zero if I am allowed, we’ve been to this store many times and this is the first negative experience. We love this brand and hope at least the store manager can be trained to make customers feel welcomed. We probably will not...

Came in today on a Monday to look for a jacket, was met with daisy which was super helpful and very kind and patient with me (I had just left the dentist and could barely speak) wasn’t able to find the jacket I looked for but was able to purchase and open thanks to daisy again a duffel bag and make my decision whether I wanted the smaller or bigger size. We went to the outlet to get their classic light rain jacket. I think it would have been the fifth or sixth jacket of this NorthFace classic I would have owned. What! They don't make it any more. I went though ever rack. Then I went online to the online store. Not there either.
