Visited this small mall recently and it's a mixed bag of experiences! With a few luxury brands, it strikes a balance between moderate pricing and deals. The ongoing construction, though, made access a bit wonky, but once you navigate that, it's a bustling spot, especially popular with teenagers.
The cleanliness is commendable, and the outdoor fountain adds a serene touch, making it a perfect spot for a water tour or unwinding after a hectic day. Bonus points for being pet-friendly - it's heartening to see people bring their furry friends without any issues. Security presence is notable, creating a safe and comfortable shopping atmosphere.
On the downside, the mall could improve inclusivity by adding plus-size-friendly shops. However, the variety of stores is impressive, ranging from jewelry and electronics to clothes and mini pop-up shops. The infamous Apple store is a tech-lover's haven, and the small Gamestop offers fantastic deals, especially for Pokemon cards.
The ongoing upgrades in the food area promise a more diverse culinary experience, even though the fast-food scene has seen some comings and goings. The addition of a new entryway, providing more space for shops, is a welcome change, adding to the overall appeal.
Special mention to Newbury Comics - a great niche store that stands out among the diverse retail options. Despite a few limitations, this mall offers a well-rounded shopping experience with something...
Read morePlace is so whack now, it’s actually sad this shouldn’t even be called a mall anymore, not sure why it’s even open, no more no Best Buy no 3rd floor like access , and the food court downgraded heavy, it’s like you don’t want anything they have now because you see nobody eating anymore like before, no more Chinese food no more dunkin no more Taco Bell and Burger King I think I hadn’t gone in so long and went today and was saddened by the downgrade, I was hoping dunkin would be there for some coffee since it was cold outside but nope, yet promoting the place after renovating it making us think it’s better when it’s really not, like it used to be a good place but there’s literally no where to go anymore and nothing fun, I went today to the bar and the drink portions are so small that I will not be going back at all, there’s no point in going unless you are going to tjmaxx and Cheesecake Factory, other than that you’ll see for yourself going in and out and not going back anymore, there also used to be an aunt Anne’s I think, so many good things gone, this place was so empty for a Saturday night when it used to be packed, I think there used to be a bath and body works too not sure, but I was walking trying to find stores and couldn’t find any why bother, hopefully more stores open up soon but the process has been slow they aren't doing anything to...
Read moreAccessibility - Variety *This location is still under construction as of the writing of this and deserves a new review once completed. Since it is open to the public and conducting business already though, here is a current review. * This is a massive shopping mall with a long list of stores to boast. Not far into the front entrance is a map of the building, which sorts stores by type. An alphabetical listing would also have been helpful since we knew which store we were looking for by name. There is currently only one obvious elevator for the public and it is slow and not particularly large, often leaving people waiting for the next one, plus it's not really clear how it works as no matter which direction it is supposed to be going it seems to do what it wants. Otherwise accessibility for wheelchairs and strollers is fine within the mall, though some smaller stores may be difficult to navigate (this is left up to the individual businesses, of course). Looking forward to seeing it completed. Current construction is not much of an inconvenience, more an eyesore if anything, except as mentioned the need for more elevator...
