Lovepop Harvard Square — Attraction in Cambridge

Stopped in with my mother on whim while exploring the area (had no idea there were brick & mortar stores!). We were greeted shortly after entering and encouraged to “pop” the cards which of course had us stopping to check each and every card. Eventually we were the only customers in the store so the clerk, Tyrone (soo sorry if I misspelled your name!😬) came over and started talking about the various cards and such. Now, usually you can just tell that someone is forcing a polite conversation while trying to figure out if you are actually going to buy something or not but not in this case. Tyrone was an absolute joy to talk to and made us glad to have stopped. Of course he ended up getting a sale but we honestly felt that was not the motivation behind the conversation. Our conversation ranged from upcoming celebrations we will need cards for to loss of loved ones and everything in between. I can’t wait to give my mother-in-law the cardinal card he gifted us to reminder that her son is always near her in spirit even though he has passed.

Thank you Tyrone for being a truly bright, caring, and genuinely amazing human when sometimes it feels like humanity has been lost. Lovepop… give this man a raise! And Tyrone… we hope your light...

I walked into this store with my friends and I had no intention to buy anything but the worker, Abe showed me around and the products were so amazing that I decided I wanted to get something. I was ready to pay something like 30$ because the cards looked so nice but they were all 12-15$, I almost felt bad. Their section was so huge I found two perfect cards for my best friend and my mom. The worker was also insanely fun and I got the vibe that this is a business that cares about its employees and it’s customers very genuinely. I will be buying many more cards from them...

Shoutout to Chris for a truly magical moment with our favorite cards company! Still shook by how Chris and the hubs snuck by hub’s quiet/sneaky/impressive surprise purchase behind my back for our upcoming anniversary while I was right there in the shop with them both! (It turned out to be my favorite card out of all the ones hub’s ever gotten me, and he’s gotten me one literally every monthsiversary since we dated until forever.)
