Eva Beauty Salon — Attraction in Canton Township

Worst service ever. Very rude that I had to record the video of her being rude for reference . She doesn’t know how to thread the eyebrows. She did one eyebrow for 10 mins and gave me 4 cuts on my eyelid and underbrow skin. Still it was not done rit. When I asked her to fix it, she started using tweezers and gave another cut. When It started bleeding, she applied clear nail polish and said it will glue and stop the bleeding. I was super mad and my eyelid started burning. I couldn’t continue and had to leave with one eyebrow done. Still she wanna charge me full price. And only asking to pay in cash. When u said apple pay, she started yelling that I wasted her time(there’s literally no one in the salon!!!!!) She could’ve said no if she’s busy. She straight up said GET OUT!! I mean seriously you treat me like that when m being polite and ready to pay even though you ruined my skin ???? 100% not...

I had my haircut at Eva Beauty Salon on a weekend recently,

Due to the COVID health risk concerns I had been trying to minimize going to shops and my hair had grown kind of being long for some time thus needs a cut, Eva did great job and service, taking care to listen to customers individual need and preference, performed a top-quality professional delivery on the job.

I appreciate Eva's skill and customer service, it was obvious to me Eva has highly competent skills, a personal approach willing to listen to customers, - all the attributes congruent with the fact that Eva had been in the hair beauty care business for well over a decade or maybe more.

I highly recommend Eva's hair beauty care service; I myself was referred to Eva from a friend, I ended up being a satisfied customer.

I have never spent more than $25 on my hair (sometimes per year) and I decided to take a jump last weekend and got a digital perm. Eva and Amy were very knowledgeable and informative. They were honest and hilarious. I spent a good 5 hours here on a saturday night and would do it again. They got me in not only the next day, but then moved my appointment even earlier for me when I called. They made me comfortable and Eva’s daughter was very easy to talk to. Reasonable prices and it’s SO worth it. My hair is very fine so I was worried the digital perm wouldn’t hold, but the ladies did such an amazing job and it turned out exactly the way I had hoped. Worth the 50 minute drive. Worth spending a little more to make myself beautiful. Cannot say enough good things...
