Tried this BBQ truck 03/13/25. Honest review of the Brisket plate with a added sausage. The plating was done very nicely in the to go box and even with a little foil to help keep the food warm. The Brisket looked very good, was very moist and tender.with a nice outside bark on the meat...however it lacked on flavor I definitely had to use the included BBQ sauce. The pinto beans were good with added bacon bits had notes of garlic and spicy pepper. The sausage was a decent jalapeño and cheese stuffed it didn't really have a smokiness flavor to it that I was looking for. The potato salad was not bad its a mustard base. The bbq sauce is a standard sweet sauce that reminds me a lot of the Kraft Honey BBQ sauce. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Truck was located in a clean area so that was a plus. Pricing is a little high in my opinion I payed 29$ for the Brisket plate that had 1 sausage added on along with a $2 can of Dr.Pepper. Would I eat here again? Eh if someone brought me some back I wouldn't complain.

I’m really glad I stopped by The beef rib was by far my favorite and sooo delicious! For those who haven’t had a beef rib before, or a good one. Come try this one. Beef rib is super tender, super flavorful and juicy. The mac n cheese is delicious. It actually has a lot of flavor unlike a lot of other places I’ve tried. I was very pleasantly surprised. The pork ribs were great, fall of the bone and plenty of flavor too! I got them with the baked beans and potato salad. The beans were great! They have just enough spicy to let you know it’s there. Lastly I got the brisket tacos, these are packed full and pretty good. Just because I’m talking about them last doesn’t mean they aren’t good 😘. Definitely eat them quick though otherwise all those amazing juices will make the shell soggy. Definitely give House of Grub a try!
