I will give you guys a 3 out 5 stars for now I will delete this comment in the future and give you a 5 out 5 if things are better , i was dissapointed i was their 3 hours ago at jcp at the big n tall section i did not buy anything because it seemed your stock in my opinion was a little low, I like buying 3 of the same things pants, shirts not just 1 each i like buying 3 of the same time 10 different kinds that's 30 items I hope you bring the stripe t shirts back with the 3 buttons and without the 3 buttons with pocket in front short sleeve and long sleeve depending on season some items you did not have 2 or 3 of the same and my size was sold out i perfer to shop in store not so much online , i hope you guys dnt change your clothing style too much a little is OK but that big n tall style will never go outta style it's very masculine as I am super masculine myself and i like your big n tall clothes but i will have to be back in late spring unfortunately when I am more ready to buy a lot of items not just a few items or no items I wear 4 X to 4 xlt depending on the fit in t shirts and button up shirts , I wear 44 × 30 size pants might be 46×30 depending if they run small or big but most of the time it's 44 ×30 for your winter gear I like those black vest jackets you sell i might have to get a 5x size for in late 2025 because how they fit 5x size would be nice , I like how stretchy it would be that's how I like it, i thought a few months ago I saw a tan vest jacket and i missed it i did not buy it unfortunately, I plan on spending between $1500 and $2500 this year at jcp that's not including tax, I go every 6 months sometimes every 9 to 12 months it varies, see...
Read moreJCPenney is trying. I see that they're about to close another maybe 280 stores I believe? Big box retail is really hurting from the online and the covid-19 protocols. Everyone in the store was friendly and very helpful and getting the needs of what I needed to get for my son. This store was a little overwhelmed by the fact that there were so many people in there to return or buy stuff but I have to understand it is a covid-19 it's hard to get employees. I'm very hopeful that this door does not close I drove the 46 mi just to come to the store. It meets the expectations of my family and their needs although some of the stuff was not in stock they were offered to look online and try to find it and get it ordered to me and send it to my store. I think the people there were trying hard to not let the overwhelming number of people in line get stressed out. They did thank them for their patience and understanding on the matter and I am also thankful and understand what was going on. I'm just hoping that we do not lose this store. Only thing I get real disappointed on is the fact that there is no military discount and most of JCPenney stores. You have to understand that people in the military or trying to find the best deal for their family or their loved ones. Either keep the military discount or get rid of it completely. And the discount should be at least 15% or more. You can take this to corporate and ask because being retiring every little penny counts. I'm buying for others if I get a discount it makes it a whole lot better to come to the store then to go to other stores and shop. You're not losing anything you're...
Read moreI would not shop at jcpenney again if it were the last store on earth! We purchased a sofa, a leather sofa that "Mark the furniture sales manager" told us was manufactured in "Canada", at JCP. It was delivered wrong color, bad condition and , we discovered later, with BUGGS! Small Mites! "Invisible Bitting Bugs"! and manufactured in "Mexico"! We purchased a mattress and box spring; the box spring frame was cracked and the mattress was faulty/sagged in the middle, we returned them, and went to Sleep Train. Another day while I was walking through the store, a hand blender fell off of a shelve and cut my hand, JCPenney could not possibly have cared less! and then a week later when I return the blender was right back in the spot that it was when it fell and cut my hand! I would not recommend JCPenney to anyone! All stores have issues, the main problem with JCPenney is that they don't care! They don't care how bad their service is! They don't care how bad their products are! they do not care about their customer! Shop somewhere else. Our first, and last purcheses from JCP! The Carlsbad store Manager "Brian" is extremely defensive and very Rude!..... "Couldn't Care Less"!!
With JC PENNEY the roots are rotten, so, the tree will only bare rotten fruite.
Do yourself a favor and shop small business. You may pay a little more, but they need and appreciate you and...
