This was one of the best gel manicures I ever had. I am really particular, because I hate it when they use the electric file machine to take off my previous gel polish. I prefer the aluminum foil soaking method, because it does not damage the top layer of my own nails. However, so many places won't do that, because it takes too long. This place warned me that it would take a while, but I was prepared and they were patient. I had Yuki as my "nail service technician." She was very professional! She discussed all procedure options and costs with me and let me choose - whether I wanted a paper-gel repair on one broken nail or a plastic extension, whether I wanted gel polish or dipping powder. She asked ME how many layers of color polish I wanted. I asked for three, and she accommodated without trying to just do two because it's faster. She spent a lot of time cleaning and cutting my cuticles. They came out so clean and even, and she polished my nails all the way down to the cuticles without leaving an annoying space. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDEST NAIL SALON! Made acrylic nail filling and the next day my nails started chipping and braking . Went there the next day and they tried to put the blame on me for their bad work. Told me i had to redo all my nails and pay FULL PRICE! Also only place in New Jersey that they mandate masks! Not respecting their clients! The Mask Mandate has ENDED everywhere in The United States so you have to respect your clients personal decision not to wear one like all other nail salons and business do!
