The avocado festival is one of my favorite festivals of the year. Everything is avocado every where! The one thing I was skeptical was the avocado ice cream but it tried it and it was the most delicious ice cream. Every where you go at the festival they have some avocado invention and great recipes. If you think you can only make guacamole with avocado this festival is going to leave you perplexed with all the different ways you can use avocado. This event is great for families, there is many diferent things going on besides the show of the feature item. There is face painting, contest of some source, coloring for children, rides and many other fun activities. Is close to the beach and campsites so if you want to be close to the event get your campsite ready this way you don't have to drive back home if you have a couple of avocado...

I love the avocado festival! I try to go every year. It's lots of fun to stroll around and look at everything and people watch. Lots of cool things to buy from colorful clothes to wooden signs to a variety of jewelry to metal sculptures and lotions and soaps. And the food of course is amazing. You can buy pretty much every kind of avocado there is and then any kind of food that can be made with them! Avocado bread, avocado ice cream, avocado cookies and guacamole of course! Lots of foods with avocado on top. Also churros and funnel cake and delicious salts and oils and vinegars. So many samples to try! There's a ferris wheel and other...

The avacado festival in carpinteria is the one time a year huge celebration of the city's main produce other then flowers. The festival takes up about 2 city blocks and one block is regulated for drinking and food vendors and the other side is for arts and vendors. It's decreased in size over the years it's been there and has become more commeralized but over all its a good stop if you want to enjoy. The only real bad part is it gets significantly crowded in the food and drinking part of the festival and when night rolls around its not to safe for the kids. But overall it's a pretty...

Very cool time seeing all the vendors, the huge variety of food offered (especially using Avocado), and watching some live music on quite a few stages throughout the area. Perfect weather and time of year for this event! Be sure to come early and plan to stay a while so you can score a prime parking spot like I did today, otherwise you’ll have to keep driving all around for a while and then walk a ways, or park even further away and ride a shuttle into the area. If you love Avocados and Guacamole, then you must check out this festival!!!

Great as always lots of avocado of everything everywhere. We come from the East Bay every year. There's avocado soap, oil, tea, smoothies, avocado souvenirs, t-shirts, sweater, beach towel and so much more. It's free entrance. At the end of the street there's the beach. When we come we park at the Carpintería High School and pay $10 per car plus they have a shuttle bus that takes you to the festival. You should definitely try the avocado smoothies they're delicious 🤤

Carpinteria Avocado Festival <3 Beside having some of the best foods that pair with Avocado they have Great Live Music performances at one of the Music Stages. My friends & I always order a Tri-Tip Sandwich with Avo & order a Beer to start our Avo Fest experience. <3 Viva La Aguacate <3
