I can express how much I love teso! Teso is one of the top favorite places I love to go!!! Teso has so many asian things. I believe in asian skin and haircare products. I love buying alot of asian skincare, foam cleansers, gel cleansers, oil cleansers, oils, serums, cream, gel, face masks, devices for face slimming, etc. So many products for dry skin, oily skin, anti-aging, acne prone skin, and more!! They also have herb pills to lose weight, etc. They have makeup with I love! Their makeup products are so good just like skincare products. I get most of my skincare products from here, especially their makeup, I'm officially inlove with their makeup. The haircare is amazing here, they have so many treatments, shampoos, conditioners, oil, spray refreshments, hair serums, almost everything! 😍 I get all of my shampoos and conditioners from here especially the treatments. Read moreBeware! They have tricky and sneaky return and exchange policy. Their manager and staff do not even follow their own policy. You can only return within 14 days which is especially short compared to any store in the USA. According to their receipt and web site, customer can still exchange after 14 days or get store credit. But their manager and staff refused to give store credit or exchange when I brought in several items never open!! A very rude male staff said he needs to call his manager, he never tell his manager the products are never opened. Very quick, this staff said he cannot exchange or give store credit because his manager said so. DO NOT BUY from them. I feel like being cheated and stolen from me. The staff has no sense of customer service!! Very rude in the whole process. What a shame they are selling Japanese products but has no sense of customer service! I know Japanese culture are honest, moral and care a lot about their customers. This tell me the store owner and the store manager are not Japanese and has no understanding of Japanese culture. All their products are over priced. Spent over $100 and not willing to give store credit as they promised in their receipt and web site. Will never buy from them again. But when my friend got to bought a blind box, she was chose between two boxes and get the first one but then she thought aboit it and came back get the second one because she felt like that one doesn't have the figure that she wants. Then there was a staff follow and watched us, then when my friend paid and looked around, we saw the staff look at her and shaked his head. After we finished paying, that staff went passed through us and look at her by side eyes and smiled like " i caught you "? After that, the manager came and we talked for a long time, she checked her camera and said that my friend did opened the box, but my friend cought something and told her, she from a really attitude to a nicer face and said that she trust my friend and dont have to buy it, and explain the store's rules, then said that she wants us to comeback next time, my friend was bought both because she doesnt want the manager became awkward. Overall, we'll still come back but I hope they fix their customer service because it's so bad. That one staff have to know that he was lucky because the manager knows how to calm us down and we have something else to do so we dont want to waste more time.
