Came here for the second time in about a month because the crepes are amazing. Service was great, and the employees did seem genuine and kind. Keep in mind, though, that you order and pay at one of those electric kiosks and then wait for your number or name (seems to depend on the worker) to be called. I prefer a full service restaurant, but, at the least, the kiosk doesn't ask for a tip. One problem I do have is that if I click on a menu item, then the next page should tell me what is in it, but it only offers me to add stuff. No big deal, I could always ask the employees. Their website also has the information. I got the Okinawa Hot Dog, as I was there for something savory, and really enjoyed it. The, I assume Tofu Sauce, does give it a sweet taste, as well as the corn, but it is a nice balance. I also got the Taro Milk Tea, extra boba, and iced. The taste was good, and the boba seemed fresh, but it was warm. Normally, with boba milk tea, I would shake it before popping the seal with my straw, but theirs just had a plastic lid with holes for the straw, so I had to stir it. Honestly, the atmosphere is the only thing I don't like. Its an okay enough looking space, but it is so small with limited seating. They also don't do much to block sunlight and heat from getting in, as the store faces directly west.

Oh my God. This my first time ever having crepes and I loved it. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, I adore the faux crepes in window showcasing what they have. Ordering was easy, even tho I had never been to a crepe place before. The staff was friendly and the aesthetic was amazing. My boyfriend had been talking about the crepe place and was the only place concrete on his list of places to take me during my visit to Dallas. I even got to keep a menu for my memory book. I got the strawberry and banana small crepe. I didnt think I was going to like the pistachio bits but they were amazing. They were rly my favorite part. The crepe was light and tasted amazing and the fruit was fresh. My boyfriend said the mangos in his weren't ripe enough and didnt taste right. But mine was perfect. The metal containers were super cute and when you finish you just return them to the counter. They have many options. Not only do they have fruit options, but salad like options as well.

*EDIT *I have gone again and had EXCELLENT service. The crepe was crisp with the perfect amount of filling. I have thusly changed my star rating from 2 stars to 5. Best crepe i've had yet! Good job! *review from first visit*It's fine if you like waiting 20 minutes for a pancake. They handed me my tea in 2 minutes and promptly started making food for the family of 4 that ordered after me. If you forget a customer at least own up to it. I walked up after 15 minutes and asked if mine would be out soon and she dug through old reciepts and said "oh yeah they are working on it". Meanwhile they are making a different order for another person who ordered after me. I watched them scramble to throw it together in 3 minute.Edit :While eating The Crepe in my car I am impressed with the crepe, I give one extra star for how decent The Crepe turned out. Good layering of the fruit and cream , the service was just a real disappointment .

Was CONFRONTED by the rudest, most aggressive, threatening, INAPPROPRIATE store manager I have EVER encountered. I normally never leave reviews, but my experience was SO BAD that I had to go through the trouble this time.

I suggest spending your money at a different local establishment, like Somi Somi, Cocohodo, and the crepe shop inside the H-Mart.

My husband and I hadn’t been to T-Swirl for about a year, but as locals it was one of our favorite spots. We stopped in and ordered the same crepe we ordered many times last year. It looked nothing like it did before. It was very sloppy and all of the toppings pictured on the menu were not present.

We were not mad because we thought it may have been made by a new employee, maybe the store was under new management, maybe it was an off day for them—We were not angry at this point, and we were giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Curious if the menu item had really changed, my husband went back to the counter and asked the employees about it. The employees were very polite and went to ask their manager because they didn’t know.

The employees were not the problem— it was the STORE MANAGER. He stormed in from the back and asked what the problem was with a very nasty tone. My husband and the employees tried to explain to him calmly that we were asking about the menu.

I joined them at the counter to see if I could help, and the manager IMMEDIATELY starts gesturing wildly at me with his arms and making faces, yelling “What do you want? What do you want? Huh? It’s wrong huh? You want the toppings like in the picture huh?”

He was YELLING directly at me! A grown man was throwing a fit like a toddler! He angrily slapped a topping very sloppily on top, then shoved the crepe in our face. “This what you want? It’s on top now, what’s wrong now?” He didn’t even give me a chance to respond without yelling at me asking what I want.

My husband and I were so confused by how this situation escalated and immediately left. I was shocked. I had just wanted the crepe that we used to get all the time.

We are so disappointed and will never go back. That man was extraordinarily rude. So, so...

First time my friends and I went, it was a great experience. We had 3 crepes and all 3 were excellent and filling. They were stuffed to the brim and so satisfying- not too sweet. We had a nutella banana, fruit cocktail, and a philly cheesesteak. I wish the mango was ripe but they use unripe ones which made it super tangy and crunchy..it was still good since the rest of the fruit cocktail was quite pleasantly ripe and sweet. The rice based crepe give its a nice crunch around the edges which I love. Second time we went however, it was quite the opposite. No one was in sight at all and we waited a few minutes for someone to come out and take our order. He did not smile or greet us..which is fine if the rest of our experience was better but no. The crepes were visibly understuffed (hollow- not like the pictures) and we felt like we barely had a snack and had to literally walk over to a nearby restaurant to get a more filling meal within 20 mins since we were still hungry. This time we had strawberry banana and lychee romantic. The lychees were rubbery and very tangy..unpleasant and did not match the also tangy raspberries. With very little pastry cream this time it was overall a very disappointing "snack". They also did not have water available (the free kind in cups) so they made us buy bottles instead. The guy was suspiciously look over to see where I was sitting almost like he didn't want me to sit at all. Mind you it was one of the hottest days of the summer and I was almost passing out so I had to sit in a corner of a bench since they had put up all their chairs. Maybe due to the weather, we were all just having a bad day. but I definitely think the amount of stuffing they put seems to vary based on the person and that some fruits seem to come from a can and not very good (like...

If you’re the owner of this place please read!

I went in on 12/07/23 at around 9:25PM. The girl who took my order had an unnecessary attitude. I regret not getting her name. I ordered 2 regular size crepes and asked her to put my phone number in because I have an account with this place. I told her my phone number and she kept messing up. I said it at a regular speed anyone would give out a phone number but I understand that the place was crowded and it might have been loud which made it hard for her to hear (or maybe the fact that she had her earbuds in when taking orders made it hard to hear). So, I repeated my phone number again. She kept interrupting me every time I talked by saying different sets of numbers that were not my phone number. I kept telling her that it’s wrong and she kept telling me “you don’t have an account here.” I explained that I do have an account here and every time I came in I had no issue putting my phone number in. In fact, she put in the wrong phone number but instead of listening to me she kept arguing with me that I don’t have an account. It got to the point where every time I spoke she interrupted me with “you don’t have an account here” again and again.

I love your crepe and honestly don’t want to see your place go out of business. Your food is good but with enough incompetent workers like her, it will affect your business. Please hire competent workers or at least train them to handle simple situations like this better. You need better customer service. It was an unnecessary attitude and there was no reason for...
