This is the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. I had a package that was sent via usps out of my control. I contacted the post office days before the package was supposed to be received by them and ask that they hold it for me. Wendy was hateful and said âthatâs not how it works, you donât have a mailbox or PO box â. She said she would pass a note to the postmaster who had previously agreed to let us know via telephone when we had packages delivered to them. Needless to say I received notice from my tracking number that my package was delivered to the post office so I go to pick it up and again, no one greeted me when I walked in. I stood there being the only one in the lobby for 5 minutes before I was ever addressed. I was rudely reminded that I was told my package would be sent back. I truly hope the USPS is completely out of business and replaced by fedex, ups, Dhl, at this point anyone...
   Read moreWindow clerks were awesome-do doubt. Supervisor came out was loud, and demanding toward her clerks. The one woman clerk was helping with an overseas package (it takes longer-lots of paperwork to tend to), the supervisor demanded she go to lunch NOW-all the while of picking up all the other parcels from the counter and throwing them to where they need to go. Carthage clerks, not just Elisabeth, need to learn professionalism and customer service. The clerks are a detriment to the postal service.
