I was so excited to get microblading done. I never had it done before and this was my treat. I get a call from the receptionist to come in a little early since Brooke is ready. I got there in about 15 min. Everyone at the front desk was so nice. The receptionist gave me the paperwork to fill out and once filled out another girl welcomed me and put me in a room, put numbing cream on my eyebrows and told me to wait a little to get cream working. In a little bit I was put in a different room and thats when I met Brooke. When she came in she said hello, but seemed not happy. I was sitting in the chair and she said: are going to be sitting over there. I didn't want to lay in the special chair cause it was still wet after she strayed it down. When it got dry a little I moved to the special chair. There was no consultation done. She just started picking the shape and color, not asking me what I want. After that nothing got better. Everything I asked for or try to talk to her and got all short answers. She left multiple times without telling me why she left or whats going on. One time I asked for a mirror and she was so unhappy that I asked her for it. She said I usually don't show eyebrows yet. She still gave me the mirror. She also took lots of pics without my permission. Before and after. Never explaining where this pics are going not to mention sticking lights in my face and with attitude telling me to look one way and other. Once we were done she walked me to the front desk and thats the most conversation I had with her. She was smiling at the front desk in front of I am assuming was a manager. Told me to come back. Even being treated this badly I still left her a tip. Thinking maybe she had a bad day. My second appointment was in 8 weeks. When I came back to my second appointment she seemed a little nicer. She talked to me a little more. I asked her about pictures she took last time and asked her not to put them on social media. She was not happy about that. She handed me her laptop and told me to sign. With not a happy face she said so your pics are not used on social media. I also this time did not wait fir her to ask me and I explained to her. I need my eyebrows darker. She told me bunch of stuff on why she can't make them darker, but said they will pop once she is done. After she touched them up she got up and left again not saying a word. I laid there trying again to figure out why am I being treated like that. Then I took my phone and took a pic of my eyebrows. She did not even tell me that one eyebrow was bleeding. Just put a little cream and left with no explanation. So sad. After that I shut down. I waited until she came back and finished her job and once we were done and she walked me to the front desk I was out of there. I was soooo upset. Why was I treated like that. I was being so nice to her and she treated me so bad. I think she does pretty good work, but treating people like that and without consultation is not nice. I had plans to keep visiting this center for other services, but after this I will definitely not be coming back or recommending it to anyone else. Thank you to other people that were...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a fairly bad experience at Azura. I went off a recommendation from a local facebook group and was excited since they had such great reviews. The consultation went fairly smoothly, everyone was nice and they said I was a perfect candidate for it. However when I came in to get my minor broken capillaries done by the laser, It was a bad experience. The woman directly told me that she had never used that machine before! She said she used the other one but never the YAG. So I got a little nervous but I figured, Hey at least she's honest Im sure she knows what she's doing. Unfortunately Not only did it not work on any of the broken capillaries, But Now I have a nasty depressed boxscar on my chin where she left the laser in one spot too long. During the procedure she also kept asking the another lady in the room " its working right? So I noticed the blistering instantly after the procedure. Along with the capillaries being brighter and more of them than when I walked in. I pointed it out as she was attempting to rush me out with no direction on what to expect. She then said no thats not a blister its probably just dead skin and yea they brighten up first then they disappear. Honestly after how she obviously wasn't sure about anything regarding the machine and how it worked i felt frustrated but didn't let it show. 250 dollars isn't a little amount to spend. Anyway So I had a giant blister bubble for a week and then major scarring. 2nd degree. I went to another dermatologist and they said that usually only happens when someone doesn't know what they are doing with the machine. Im pretty upset at the situation. Not even because it didn't work on the capillaries but due to the lack of knowledge and making me the trial run and then causing...
Read moreI had a HALO + BBL treatment with Jessie. She did an amazing job â she was professional, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. Iâm so thankful to her and hopeful for beautiful results. I scheduled this treatment back in April during a promotion that included a free neck treatment. I also confirmed that the clinic offers a discount when both HALO and BBL are done on the same day. When I booked, I specifically asked about both promotions and was told they would be applied. I had also purchased gift cards in advance, and the person who booked my appointment checked that they would cover the treatments. However, after the treatment, the front desk asked me to pay the full price, including the neck treatment. I mentioned my gift cards, but the receptionist seemed unsure and had to call someone else for help. They spent a long time looking things up, eventually found my gift cards, but still asked me to pay for the neck. At first, they denied the promotion, then kept checking and finally acknowledged I was right. After that, they tried to charge me without applying the same-day combo discount. Once again, I had to explain, and after another long wait and system check, they finally agreed I was correct. All of this was handled in a very unprofessional and uncomfortable way. They werenât openly rude, but their attitude made me feel like I was begging for discounts, even though I was simply asking for what had been promised to me. There was no apology, no effort to ease the situation â on the contrary, they made me feel like I was trying to scam them. This completely ruined the otherwise amazing experience I had with Jessie. As a client, I should not have to defend myself or explain the clinicâs own promotions...
