Customer service was only available to select individuals. My kids and I stood at the counter in front of the employee working around 2 pm. We waited for about 5 minutes, examining cards while waiting to ask questions about pricing. We observed the employee interacting with other customers, but the only interaction we received from him was when he instructed my son to move away from the counter while he was trying to look at cards.

He then turned back to his phone, completely ignoring us. Despite my son and I speaking loudly about the prices, he never asked us what we needed or if we had any questions. I would never want to represent my business with such an employee. When I walked out, I turned back to ask what we needed to get help, as we had been waiting for 5-10 minutes without any assistance. He smirked and said, “Oh, sorry about that,” and finally ask what was needed but never offered a sincere apology or a reason for his original disregard. On top of the customer service, I definitely would not recommend selling cards here as they only offer %50 cash, and 55% store credit/trade so better off selling/trading yourself on FB marketplace or at...

Small selection of miniatures but they are always in stock, newest releases, and the lowest prices you will find anywhere. (Including online.)

Paint selection is really phenomenal with the top three brands. (Citadel, Army Painter, and Vallejo) Terrain and basing materials are exclusively Army painter. I would love if they carried Vallejo or AK, but I understand why they don't.

Warhammer prices are insanely low here!! I couldn't believe it.

Staff is really amazing here all except for one greasy fella who kept badgering my fiancé as if she had never seen board games before.

Boardgame selection is pretty diverse, but well maintained. Really good variety of dice and other essentials. They seem to also have a good amount of cards and boosters in stock. LOTS of tables to play on and a great selection of games to use in store. (Try before you buy kind of thing.)
