Hijacking the small town charm for profit. The quality of the products is excellent and I enjoyed being a regular there for about a year - the last few months have not been so great. I complained a week ago regarding an employee of theirs named Shane. He had started working there a few months back and I noticed from my first encounter with him, that his customer service was terrible and his coffee prep skills needed serious work. My wife and I continued going to Crowfoot in order to continue supporting small business, however, Shane's attitude never got better, in fact it worsened. We felt he was staring us down at times and sending us very negative looks, he never greeted us or asked how our day was, never said have a nice day or thanks for your business. Never a smile. This guy sucks, period. I complained to Jason, and he simply replied, well sorry to lose your business...Now, I'm not asking for special treatment but we shopped about 4 mornings per week and bought 2 lattes each time usually. We were regulars for a year and this new employee treats us like crap and when I complain, I get a "well, nice knowin' ya" from Jason the owner. He did nothing to attempt to retain our business and not even an apology. Just says well we never received a complaint in the past.. Well, thanks for pushing us back toward Starbucks. Very disappointing. The rest of the staff is excellent...

Read moreI ordered the Lavender latte and quad Expresso today to go. I'm glad the Lavender latte was not too sweet for me and it tastes pretty good. There was a hint of lavender but I wish it had more of the Lavender taste. I would give this a 3.5 instead of 4 stars overall but since Google won't let me, it's going to be a 3 star. The only reason I took half a star is because the large latte cup was faulty. At first as I was holding it to place in the middle console cup holder the lid popped off and spilled coffee around the console. I went back in to get napkins and try to fix the problem (got a new lid) but the lid popped off 3 times during a 10 min drive. So as a word of caution, you CANNOT hold the large latte cups using the top half of the cup. You MUST hold the cup using the bottom half of the cup. This makes it difficult to put into the cup holder and such. So I spilled my coffee twice today in a matter of minutes because of the...
