Everything Alpaca — Local services in Castle Rock

I recently parked in the share parking lot for this business and the bicycle repair shop. I parked in the furthest parking spot from this store. Went shopping across the street and proceeded to shop at the bike repair business which is right next door. After I came back to my car an employee from this business tried to stop me and proceed to tell me that I was parked in a private parking lot and unless I was doing business with them and them alone my car would get towed. Granted I had 3 kids with me which included a baby. I proceeded to tell the employee that it was a shared parking lot with the bicycle repair shop and I would never do business with a store who around their closing time had nothing better to do but harass customers over parking spots which I had every right to park in. What a bunch of losers! Losers, who would threaten to tow a vehicle with three children. I contacted the bike repair shop next door to warn them of this establishment’s behavior towards their customers. I will never do business with this establishment again ever!!

My counter response to owner who decided to post a response to my previous negative review:

1. I know where I parked and it was no where near your place of business. So right there we have from you the first error in dealing with the facts. .2) I know what was told to me by you.
2. I know where I shopped and where I did not. Did you follow me around the parking lot? The answer is no. Your shop is at the very end and unless you left your Alpaca store and followed me around the parking lot it’s no. So is it possible I checked out the bike shop next door....yes it’s possible. I know that is hard to understand, but I did not need everything alpaca that day.
3. I had three children, which including a baby, with me and you boldly made your way across the empty parking lot when I returned to my car to tell me you were going to tow my car, all the while me trying to secure two children and a baby in their car seats. You are pathetic.
4. I know it was 3 min before you closed when you approach me in an almost empty parking lot at my car, which makes this even more pathetic.
5. What kind of customer do you think I am? One that just likes to waste time and energy going around posting negative reviews on Alpaca shops? Do you think I had bad experiences with Alpaca’s growing up and decided to vent my frustrations on a public forum? Or is it maybe you were out of line threatening a potential paying customer who just did not go into your business to shop. P.S. If you have that much time (due to lack of customers in your shop) to monitor a empty parking lot and spy on customers you might be doing something wrong...

Blown away by Deb's hospitality today! I couldn't park at "No-Cow" (because of the starlighting) and she saw that I just wanted to run in and grab a pastry. Not only did she let me temporarily park at her shop to run across the street to "No-Cow", but then graciously explained her products and sold me some super soft & warm socks for my brother for Christmas! She has earned a customer for life with...

You must read this!!!!!! Whether you are into Alpaca or not, this store must be visited. If anything, pick up a pair of their slipper socks. They are an absolute must ....but every pair you can get. The owner is a fabulous, knowledgeable lady and might knit me a burgundy sport coat. If you want something just ask and she will find it. Stop in here...
