This little local park isn’t huge or fancy, but the kids still request it often. It features a large grass area (split by a walkway) for dogs and kids to run around on, a little kids play structure, and a big kids play structure/swings.
For picnicking: there are two BBQ areas- one is covered, one is open air. They are reserve-able, so may not be available when you show up... but this isn’t normally a busy park. The covered BBQ area has a horseshoes setup next to it.
Bathrooms: Men’s & women’s bathrooms with flushing toilets & a sink for hand washing (but no soap available).
Near a creek, this park has a little overlook deck for watching egrets hunt in the water, or observing the tide rolling UP the creek!

There is a little kids playground right next to a muddy banked brook, which is easy to slip on into the water, so be careful. They have a picnic table with BBQ area and enough grass to play around.
