Our company was looking into a copier because our workload became too large for our Epson Workforce Wf-3640 to handle and we were spending over $300 a month on ink and even more for additional supplies. Due to a history of working at a place which had a Les Olson Copier we contacted Les Olson. Aaron Brown, of Cedar City, responded almost immediately and not only emailed but called us and was very informative, patient, and caring as we requested more information as well as asked many questions. We ended up purchasing a Sharp MX-3070 after weighing the benefits of outright purchase compared to the lease option. We were informed that ours was the first model to be delivered to a company in southern Utah. We have had a few minor issues which upon requesting Aaron's help via Email and/or Text Message he responded promptly with a time he would be able to stop by or if it didn't require an in person visit advised us on what we needed to do. He has been extremely helpful and we love the machine. Nothing but good things from our point on the service, product and quality of everything we have encountered with Les Olson and Aaron Brown.
Thank you Aaron & Les Olson Company for the outstanding service...
Read moreI have been very impressed with the service and support I receive from Les Olson. I am as far away from anywhere a person can be and yet they are happy to make the drive to service the machines. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Aaron Brown is the best at making sure I have my copy and printing needs met and that we are happy with the service. I am more than happy with them. They know budgets are tight for Piute School District and they have made miracles happen to make sure we have the best...
Read moreAaron is the best guy I have ever worked around. He has the biggest heart and loves all things kittens and puppies. It has once been said that Aaron can physically and emotionally speak to printers and copiers on both a intellectual and spiritual level. I don't know about you but that sounds like the best person for my printer woes. It doesn't even matter that he is a smoking hot stallion of a stud!!! Aaron is basically the Rambo in the battle of the never ending office...
