Target — Attraction in Cerritos

Well this evening was one of the worst times I've ever had at target 6/4/2016 at 8:50 pm target store # 1305 .....

1: Carlos the cashier at checkout stand 9 was to busy talking to the female running checkout 10 about going on break together and going out you know flirting.... 2: I give my coupons to Carlos and he can't for the life of him scan them maybe because he is to busy talking and flirting with the girl in check stand 10 3: Carlos get Ann (a manager) but she can't help because she is two busy trying to leave so she gets another manager Derrick 4: Derrick accused me of making copies wow because the UPC # are the same . Last time I checked the UPC # are the same on each group of product. 5: So my suggestion to all that get coupons from the papers don't use them at the target at night when Derrick and Ann and Carlos are working. If your not a friend of theirs and your not a flirty type they don't care what they say or how the make you feel . I'm a windowed mother of two I work 60+ hours a week and I use coupons. I guess that makes me a horrible person that Derick the manager would rather not deal with someone like me. Dooooood! I came in after searching a few stores for the Vanilla Cupcake four packs.... Which NONE of them had. The app said they were here, and there were a bunch, so the wife and I drove from Lakewood to purchase these tasty treats. When we got there, there were a whopping 2 in the market section. 2!!!!! My wife was very bummed, but we snagged them up and continued on our shopping. I went back to the market to get a forgotten item and saw Robert, an employee there, stocking the baked goods from his stack of boxes. He said he didn't have any on his red cart or in the stack of boxes he was stocking from currently, so, I jokingly mentioned I would have to report him to upper management using a strongly worded letter. He said, "I'm sure we have some good n the back, they'd just be frozen?" In a questioning if that was O.K. tone. I was floored, I wanted them ALL, and this wonderful man was going to get them for me, making me a hero to my spouse. He returned with a stack of four packs up to his chin, beeming a smile my way. Robert was a true red and khaki colored hero that day!!! Bravo for taking the time to get me EXACTLY what I needed, even though you were busy with other things. Robert is the real M.V.P. of this...

went here yedterday after mass with my husband and baby, my husband has a swollen left foot so he was in need of the electric cart, he approached a male staff to ask for it since none was visible anywhere, he was told to wait maybe its all in use, when i followed with my baby, since i dropped my hubby by the entrance, i asked a female staff and was told that its all in use or its outside to just wait but then another female staff overheard the convo and said there's none at all, zero! they dont have it all because it was stolen or whatever, we are not complaining because there was no electric cart at all, whats frustrating is that no one really cared, each of them has their own version of whats going on, no communication between staffs, no customer service, none at all, its like take it or leave it, we would appreciate it if someone showed real concern with the situation! if they knew that there were no electric cart for those in need of it they should have brought it to managements attention then maybe some solution may have been made. very disappointing, we love target but...
