Parking: Finding a spot can be difficult since there’s a small and busy parking lot. Highly recommend carpooling.
Ambiance/Environment: I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and oof they were busyyy. This is probably their smallest location. There’s limited indoor seating, and it can get stuffy inside. No outdoor seating. This location is more so a quick grab-n-go.
Service: They have a self ordering kiosk in the left corner. You can also order in person if you prefer that. Workers were quick & efficient. Throughput was under 5 minutes.
Drinks: Y’all already know I looove their drinks! They introduced their new Strawberry Milk Matcha. Not only were the layers aesthetically pleasing, but it also tasted amazing! The strawberries were fresh and blended well with the matcha. Of course, I also treated myself to my favorite coffees and refreshing teas.

It's sad to see a new place already struggling with such poor service.I arrived right when they opened and was their very first customer this morning Unfortunately, none of the employees smiled or greeted me. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all, which was really disappointing.
When I placed my order, the staff member had trouble understanding a very simple order and got it wrong multiple times.I ordered and was charged for two drinks, but they only brought out one. I waited for over 10 minutes while other customers received their orders. I finally had to say something, and instead of simply correcting it, they tried to charge me again for the second drink. I had to ask them to check the transaction, and even then, no one apologized. In fact, they looked at me as if it was my fault.
The drinks were mediocre at best, and the customer service was enough to make me not want to return. Honestly, you're better off going to homeboy coffee...

Since it was my first time there, I thought I could decide what I wanted while waiting, but the menu board was partially broken and didn't have many explanations. I wasn't sure what to get until I reached the cashier, where they had a complete menu. My husband knew what he wanted to order, but I needed to look at the menu to choose my drink and, of course, needed some time. When a staff member asked for my order, I told her I hadn't decided yet. She replied, "There's an order panel over there if you need more time," and looked annoyed.
