Kim's Nail Salon II — Attraction in Chadds Ford Township

Came here today to get a pedicure, I used to love this place when they were at the old Tristate, but lately they fell off REALLY BAD. First off the older lady with the glasses who did my pedicure today was so rude and ignorant and kept nicking me back to back with the nail drill and every time I screamed “Ouch” due to it hurting, she never even once had the decency to even apologize for constantly nicking me with the drill. Not only that, when she got down to doing my cuticle’s with the cuticle trimmer she stuck me with it TWICE, the picture is shown below and these things are pointy as hell, as you can see in the picture. Once she stuck me and picked at my cuticle’s for so long she ended up pulling a piece of acrylic out of both of my toenails and had to redo the acrylic on my big toes, all over again and she still hadn’t said sorry or apologized to me once again. I’ve never been to a nail salon where they’re so ruff. I almost didn’t tip her, but ended up tipping her anyway because once she finally got done my feet after a whole hour, they did look nice. Either way all I know is is that I will not be coming back to this nail salon. Hell with this place!!! And not to mention, they are beyond slow here. Save your time and money 👎🏾 the service...

I don't understand how I'm here at 11:00 waiting to get my lashes done so I ask how long is the wait they say 2 people in front of you so I'm patiently waiting a lady comes in for eyebrows and I been waiting a whole hour but you wax her eyebrows and skipped over me then the 2 people that do lashes stopped and started doing nails but again I been here a whole hour and I spoke up and said something like these people is really crazy with bad customer service to the loyal customers that been coming for years when they was in the Tri State mall and every place they moved to I went there to support there business along with bringing other customers but they pick and choice what they want to do and that's bad customer...

You try year after year to show up for them. But it’s always the same. One good person maybe. During the week forget it. sloppy work. They base coat your toes and not your nails. Don’t clean under the nail bed after acrylic ash does everything it can. Acrylic had a color in it that I don’t even know where it came from. Pointed it out and she just got it off. But wasn’t going to. I had to wipe the sides of my toes because the clean up is non existent. They just don’t have the skills and honestly I don’t think they care. They are in the mall and they know that people will come. So they charge and give you half ass service with...
