⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually write reviews, but after my incredible experience at Arctic Delights, I just had to put one down! From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly customer service made me feel right at home, setting the perfect tone for what was to come.🌟

First up, those viral Dubai chocolate strawberries are a game changer. Each bite is a heavenly explosion of rich chocolate enveloping juicy strawberries—pure bliss!

Then there are their smoothies, which are not only delicious but also sugar-free! I couldn’t believe how refreshing and flavorful they were, making them the perfect guilt-free treat.

And let’s talk about the waffles! I don’t even know where to begin. They’re fluffy, golden, and can be customized with an array of toppings that make each one feel like a special occasion. you’re in for a treat that’s simply irresistible.

Very nice new place in the Concord Mall! The owners/employees were very pleasant, friendly and enthusiastic (though we went close to their closing time). They explained several popular items available and explained that everything is customizable. They have a lot to offer and it was hard to choose what to get, and they have more "coming soon".

We got a milkshake, Reese’s waffle, and some small strawberry cups. Everything was delicious! The milkshake was thick and flavorful, and I appreciated that the cup was wiped clean before being given to me. The waffle was generously loaded. And the Dubai and Biscoff strawberry cups were amazing! It was the first time we had tried these and we thoroughly enjoyed both.

I had the pleasure of visiting Arctic Delights recently and trying their Belgian chocolate waffle, and it was a fantastic experience! The ambiance of the store was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. The Belgian chocolate waffle was outstanding – perfectly crispy outside and fluffy inside, topped with rich, melted chocolate that was sheer bliss.
